Out of business and my store credit is worthless. Personally, I thought the selection was poor, but they had school uniforms.

He stated : "Target is now closed, so bring your A**es to the registers before we close them." I was shocked to hear a manager speak to customers in such a disrespectful and vulgar manner. There is no reason for a member of management to address customers using offensive language. While I understand that the store was closing and employees needed customers to proceed to checkout, that message could have been delivered in a respectful and professional way. After hearing the announcement, I approached another employee to make sure I had heard it correctly and asked who had made the announcement. The employee casually responded, "Yeah, that was the manager." The employee's matter-of-fact response gave me the impression that this type of behavior may not have been viewed as unusual. While I cannot speak to whether this is actually the case, it added to my concern about the professionalism displayed. The announcement made my family and me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It reflected very poorly on Target's commitment to providing a positive shopping experience. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect when visiting your stores.

I purchased a mattress through Walmart Marketplace that was advertised with a 10-year warranty…read more After approximately two years, the mattress developed a significant defect. I contacted the seller, the manufacturer, and Walmart customer service multiple times seeking assistance. While Walmart representatives were courteous, the platform ultimately provided very limited support once the dispute involved a third-party seller. The seller stated that it could not identify the product, and the manufacturer stated that it could not process the warranty claim without additional product information. As a result, despite having proof of purchase and documentation of the defect, I was unable to obtain warranty service for a product sold with a 10-year warranty. My concern is that consumers rely on Walmart Marketplace as a trusted platform. When products with long-term warranties are sold through the platform, there should be a practical way for customers to obtain warranty support when problems arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Thank you to the worker that was gracious enough to stop and answer my questions regarding their hours. I then proceeded to the paint department to get some spackle. Once I got to the register the cashier had no customer service skills. She gave no greeting. She didn't tell me the total. She never said a word. I know that people are people and sometimes you may be going thru things but it is still important to give good customer service. That is one aspect of your work responsibilities. Hopefully, management will see this review and just remind the staff the importance of good customer service. When spending your money you just want to be acknowledged and treated with respect.
