They are practicing Covid precautions, with everyone wearing a mask and socially distancing. It's a small shop, so only 2 -3 people can be in there at the same time. David, the owner was extremely knowledgeable and was able to look up and give us a price on the gold coins. With all the other coins, he counted them and looked them up and gave us what it was worth. He was very professional, and answered any questions we had. It was a good experience and I would definitely go back to him if I needed to sell coins again.

He told me 2 pieces of jewelry with just metal: they were 18 carat gold. Totally untrustworthy place. I then went elsewhere and got the appropriate amount of money for the gold pieces.

So it's really a non-issue. The staff is awesome! And I don't think their prices are that far off others.. yeah if you get the other places on a sale, you may get a better deal blah blah blah. However, they're close, just like the other stores in this area, and can order anything you want from their online catalogue. I think it's somewhat humorous when people write negative reviews, because they try to pin all the responsibility for the poor outcome on the staff or store. When in all reality, the perspective consumer is just whining about not doing their due diligence and being an informed shopper.. Like I said, they're good guys here.. Support your local gun shops..
