Bad service helped multiple customers while I was there first and had my stuff out when we were…read morealready in the middle of a transaction I had multiple gold straight from the mint abd he told me to come on up here I wasted my gas wasting my time wasted 45 minutes of standing there and then when it was all over, he didn't do anything gave me my stuff back and I asked him I said, why didn't you take the gold and he said well I didn't wanna open up and test doesn't need to be tested came straight from the friggin mint but I told him if you wanted to open it up and test it he could. I had multiple coins that were troy ounces I had 1 g gold bars I had 1 g silver bars I had silver coins. Don't waste your time and go there. I told him that I was a disabled veteran that I only get paid once a month on the first that I wanted some money just get through to the first. I'm not trying to throw my veteran status around. I'm just letting him know I get paid once a month And I have a whole box of stuff and he couldn't throw me a cent . Still there for 45 minutes just for having to tell me all I don't feel comfortable. I don't wanna open that up after looking at it for a half hour.

My wife and I had no use for it and decided to bring it to the closest place we could to cash it in. We went to Cash Call Buy-Sell-Trade at 161 Main st Peabody. We met Alex. He went through all the items and placed what he was going to keep in one pile and put the rest back in the box we had everything in. What shocked us was he said the ring was not real and worthless but he placed the ring in the pile he was keeping. When he was done evaluating I asked him for the ring back seeing it was worthless. When I arrived back in Florida I went to Foshee Jewelers in Lakeland who has been around since 1953 and sat with their gemologist Harry who has been a gemologist for thirty six years. He liked the diamond and took care of us with a nice check. When I left I called Alex from Cash Call Buy Sell Trade and told him what just happened he said he never told me it was worthless and that it was a lab created diamond and he was sure of it. I took the diamond back in and the gemologist put it on the machine. If it turns blue it is natural and if it turns red is lab created. It turned blue. He then told me that Alex would definitely have known that it was a natural diamond and he was a fraud. I called Alex back and told him I have the pictures of the ring on the machine. He then told me they have a machine and he can't tell if a diamond is natural or lab created. Buyer beware. This business is going to screw you like they tried to do to me.
