We have used northern Utah glass for three projects lately. The first one a window washer broke…read morepanes of glass and we were able to take it in to Northern Utah glass and they sent it off to be replaced they were able to match the tinting on the other half of the window. The second project was a big rectangular pane of glass above our door. They were able to consult with us to see what would look best and the window looks amazing. For the third project I had already had another window company and a tile guy come and look and no one could figure out the problem with the bathroom window that was holding water and had no weep holes. Mo took a look and figured much less expensive and much better alternative than anyone else could. Mo was the one to come how to measure the windows and he also installed which made the process more seamless. He and Dallin were the installers and did a great job and problem solved along the way as needed. We would definitely use this company again.

The parking situation at the school next to them is already a nightmare, but why not park a truck in the line to keep people from being able to pick up their kids? The molding prices such as my base and casing was dollars per foot cheaper! The quality of the lumber doing my basement was far better and less expensive. The doors were built better, less expensive and quicker than what the box stores told me. BFS isn't interested in the little guy, Wheelwright Lumber not only helped me out, but made a lifetime customer as they treated me with respect and the service was bar none! Wasn't sure they sold to the public, but they do and learned they are locally owned and a Utah business! Since I moved here from San Fran, I was lost and told box stores was the only way to go. Don't feed into the hype of these other sheep on here giving Wheelwright a bad name, they been in business for over 100 years for a reason I learned and yet they only have one store! I called Pioneer Overhead Door out to repair my overhead garage door because I had them do a repair…read morea few years ago and they did an excellent job. I again had them come out a few weeks ago because I had one of my automatic door openers fail. While out here I had them do their 29 point safety inspection. I had them do the inspection, safety checks, lubricate the door and service the door. They did a very poor job. They lubricated the overhead door spring by standing 3 feet way and spraying their lubricant in the direction of the spring. it did not look affective and so I got a ladder and looked closely. There was a light spray on the wall, but I could not see or feel any lubricant on the spring. The technician also lubricated the door rollers by standing 2 to 3 feet away and giving it a little squirt. There was no noticeable lubricant on the rollers or the roller bearings. I asked if he could give the door a little more lubricant and he said no, that is all they do. I asked the technician if he would connect the door opener to the door button in my car and he said no, read the manual and do it yourself. I was very disappointed with the service and so I called the office and talked to the owner of the company. He said he would talk to the technician and call me back to address my concerns. It has been over 6 weeks and I have not heard anything. I went to Lowes and purchase a can of garage door lubricant and lubricated the door myself. The auto button in the car is still not connected. I will not use Pioneer Overhead Door in the future.

They attempted to charge us for rent ready repairs we completed ourselves…read more when confronted, they changed the list of items to exclude what we did and added a few more items they did that weren't agreed upon. The new list still had the same charges as the old which was way over priced. They removed a freezer without our knowledge and refused to reimburse us for it, claiming we agreed to have it removed. Their front door lock didn't cover the paint on the door so they decided to paint the whole door which was never approved by us then charged us for that. Our new outside light was stolen and mysteriously replaced. Due to the discrepancies in the invoice list, we requested a list of items they are charging us for and in addition provide information regarding a $300 charge for material. They said they would charge us $77 per hour to give us such list and refused to work with us. we simply asked to be able to see what we were paying for and to have the items we did not agree upon deducted from the invoice and they refused. In addition, they did not offer to return or reimburse us for our freezer that was removed without our knowledge or permission. pretty reasonable requests with no willingness to work with us. moving forward we will not be using this company. I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be to continue.
