Fresh Perspective is the best! I've used numerous staging companies over the past 10 years and Fresh Perspective is as good, if not better, than any staging company I've ever dealt with. They are professional, timely, flexible, and most importantly, reliable. They do such a fantastic job at staging homes with modern and quality furniture. I always receive the highest praises from buyers when they walk through one of my Fresh Perspective staged homes. I'd recommend Fresh Perspective to anyone who wants their house to look like a model home. I won't sell a house without it being decorated by Fresh Perspective. Staging homes is a new and upcoming way to get the best price for your home, I know this because I used "Fresh Perspective" to help me sell my home. Tayler is very personable yet professional. She had a natural ability to tell what looks good together and how to arrange color schemes and place furniture to make your home look stunning, we sold our home without even listing it, just word of mouth and received full asking price, this was the best small investment I ever made. Prices are very reasonable, I will be using "Fresh Perspective" with the decorating of my new home. 5 stars for sure!!! read more

We are a full decorating company that specializes in home staging and model home decorating. We also offer home decorating and consultations on design projects. Along with decorating, we've added real estate photography and new construction cleaning to our available services, which makes listing homes more convenient for our clients. Both of the owners are active Realtors so they know what it takes to design a home to sell!

History

Established in 2015.

We started in 2015 as a home staging and decorating consultant business only. Over the years, we have evolved into a full blown decorating company with our own furniture and decoration inventory, that can accommodate any style. We have added photography and new construction cleaning to our services as we have grown as well.

Meet the Business Owner: Tayler R.

Tayler is the original owner of Fresh Perspective and in 2019 she added Shelly as a business partner. The two are a mother daughter duo who both have a love of decorating. They are on a real estate team together, as active Realtors and wanted to expand the staging business aspect because it is their true passion. They both have such an excitement for decorating and love to find new styles to try.
