I am not local to the area anymore, so a good property manager is a must. The rental business is not easy, but Lady Bug has the professionalism and expertise to make the most of it. They have been there at 2am to take care of busted pipes, helped me remodel my property, and managed difficult tenants to make sure payments were made and the house was cared for. My manager, Leigh, responds quickly and takes the time to follow up. Jody, who handles maintenance and renovations, does excellent work at a fair price. I only have one modest rental, but Deone meets with me personally when I come into town. She also doesn't hesitate to help when I have a unique need due to my distance.
