We wanted but…read moredidn't need to move, and she patiently showed us many houses from time to time as we waited for the perfect home to come on the market. When it did, she went above and beyond to help us rapidly seal the deal on a home that was about to receive multiple offers. With her efforts, our full-price offer on a much-desired home was in place and accepted before anyone else had a chance to compete, and she helped us negotiate a good deal on closing costs and terms. When it came to remodeling and selling our prior home, Kristi offered us good strategic advice on updates that would help our home sell, and then she staged the entire place beautifully. Both of those things led to our home selling in around three days - before there was even time to get the big sign in the yard.

Deone and her team at Lady Bug are fantastic!…read more They have managed my rental property for eight years now. Through good times and bad, Lady Bug has been a great property manager. I am not local to the area anymore, so a good property manager is a must. The rental business is not easy, but Lady Bug has the professionalism and expertise to make the most of it. They have been there at 2am to take care of busted pipes, helped me remodel my property, and managed difficult tenants to make sure payments were made and the house was cared for. My manager, Leigh, responds quickly and takes the time to follow up. Jody, who handles maintenance and renovations, does excellent work at a fair price. I only have one modest rental, but Deone meets with me personally when I come into town. She also doesn't hesitate to help when I have a unique need due to my distance. I definitely recommend Lady Bug to anyone in the market for a property manager.
