The owner David asked my phone call and we scheduled an appointment for a service technician to come out a few days later. On the day of the appointment the service techs called in advance to let me know they were on the way and they arrived at the scheduled time. They were processional, introduced themselves when they arrived, and throughly explained the service they were going to perform. They inspected, cleaned and lubricated all of the garage door components and made sure everything was safe and in good working condition. The entire service call took about 30 minutes.
