I have been here since 2023 and was here for several months under old management. The best thing that could be said is thank goodness she is gone and we now have Kim.. Kim is a sweet, gracious lady and will do anything in her power to help the residents which she is extremely good at. She is a very special lady. our activity director Julia and Sarah are unbelievable. They go out of their way to help us and to definitely keep us occupied and entertained. There have been times when I needed help and they are there to take me where I need to go or help me with things I sometimes can not do my self. Maintenance never fail to be there when I need help. They never keep you waiting and when they leave they make you feel like they were glad they could help. I have been here 3 years and only needed help twice. once to put up a pet fence to keep my pups from escaping and once to install my dryer. The people in the restaurant are part of your family. They are really great bunch and we always get special treatment, each and everyone of us I will be here as long as I am able to take care of myself .. I am grateful to be here

This is a senior community, and everyone should be treated the same, not here. Right now, the best thing I could say about the Cove of Heatherwilde is that they have that young man, Lucas, working for them. He seems like a nice young man and I hope he stay that way, because the Head of maintenance and the manager and previous manager don't do anything but lie these are some dishonest people and you don't want to say much while living there thinking you could get put out if you do a review so I couldn't wait until we left, although we bought out of our lease a month early we were told we would receive our security deposit back that didn't happen, over 30 days later we were told our security went for a cleaning fee, then we were told we weren't getting it back because we broke our lease, when I called the current manger she told me she didn't say we would get it back, another lie, and the Ownwers don't respond when you call them none of them seem to care about us, it is all about money and they have plenty of compelxes and don't take time to care about the tennants, don't rent here and if you live there I hope you can find something better becaus this place is horrile, it's the staf that makes it that way, and who turns water off so much, the place is not kept up, this is so sad because it could be a nice place if t hey cared about us instead of money.

The apartment complex was built cheaply and they claim to be "luxury" but any close look around will prove otherwise. There was a couple months of crickets and scorpions falling out of the air conditioning vents (I sent pictures of where they were going into the walls from outside and it was weeks before anyone filled the holes.) I was electrocuted by bad wiring in my AC unit. Dog poop EVERYWHERE! There was no initial walk through when I moved in but my brand new unit had muddy footprints on the carpets and was missing cabinet hardware, there was paint spots on the floor. Fast forward to my move out... I received an invoice over a month after moving out that had so many charges and credits it was impossible to understand. They turned a cut and pasted together document into collections which doesn't even seem legal. My advice: STAY AWAY. This place is overpriced and they deal in bad business practices. There are much nicer and cheaper places available!

Generally, I find most places tolerable, but this one has been absolutely miserable and by far the worst place I've ever lived. To start, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing--from conversations to televisions, footsteps, even phone calls. If you're someone who values sleep or peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. It's almost impossible to get a good night's rest. While the front office staff seems friendly on the surface, actually getting a response from them is another story. They are extremely slow to respond to emails or calls--if they even respond at all. And when they do, the leasing office offers very little help or follow-through. Be very wary of the glowing reviews you see on Google. Many of them come from people who attend events the complex hosts and are not actual residents. Meanwhile, legitimate negative reviews from actual residents mysteriously disappear over time, which is deeply concerning. The apartments themselves are poorly and cheaply built. At one point, crickets were literally crawling through the vents. It's that bad. While the amenities look nice on the outside and the maintenance team has been wonderful, those are the only redeeming qualities of this place. There have also been several power and internet outages, which is incredibly difficult when you work from home. And I've never lived anywhere where the police have had to be called so often--for a variety of serious reasons. Other residents here can absolutely attest to everything I've written. This is not an isolated experience--it's a pattern. Living here has been incredibly stressful, and I honestly cannot wait for my lease to end. Do not move here. This place is miserable and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Robin was wonder and loves what she does. She took me on a wonderful tour of the community and two apartments which may work for my aunt. I could tell it is a very happy and welcom community and everywhere we went on the tour everyone knew Robin and showed their appreciation for her. We went back to her office and she was very thorough showing me different options on apartments coming available at the time my aunt is thinking of moving. Robin was amazing and made my day! Add 12 months rent there ya have it, corporate. The math facts say you lose. Demand truth and respect.
