While I was on hold he continued laughing awkwardly like a cartoon character, in my face and finally said "well it doesn't matter who told you, we can't accept copies", to which I said to him "ok I was only calling bc you made it seem like you wanted to speak to the person that lied to me". I left to go find the physical title, found it and decided to call in before I was made to waste my time again. Called and transferred to Tristan and he literally placed my call on speaker more than 3 times. Finally spoke to him and said "I found my title & don't want to waste my time again." He asks me to send him a text of the title (lol which would technically be a copy that he told me they don't take, after I was told that they do take copies). When I came back, they told me that I needed the right front strut replaced as it was defective and that I should also replace the left one as when one strut is defective the other one will soon go bad and quoted me an excessive $7,000.00 After looking quite shocked and questioning the price, the service advisor Geo Fuerte told me that he could use aftermarket parts and that would cost me in the order of $4,000.00 I was shocked and took the car back. I took my car into Tesla repar in Santa Monica. Tesla kept the car for a couple of hours and repaired the car completely for $270.00. There was nothing defective with the struts. I'm shocked that these people, when I asked them why their labor was so high, which was about nineteen hundred dollars, they said they charge per job, not per hour which I don't believe is correct. I would not suggest any people going to their business to have any car repaired. I think they are dishonest or just don't know what they're doing

I called numerous times while My vehicle set there in one spot under Ransom for almost a month, No visible signs of repair and Terrible Customer Service and a ButtLoad of BS from Steve! My Warranty Comp. did not want to Deal with Steve at All. So I decided to take my car somewhere else. I was told by Steve I Owed $1000.00 for fault codes & an alleged 4 hrs. of work, which was Ridiculous and a dead battery, I had to replace. Ended up Paying $700. For "NOTHING" and Wasted a Month to Pay the Ransom on my car with No REPAIR. I guess it was Their Customer Service Fee for the Inconvenience of having my Car sit there for a Month. I Ended up taking it to Woodland Hills Porsche who were much more accomodating. They worked things out with the Warranty Comp. and Fixed the Transmission in a Timely manner without replacing it.
