Scheduled an appointment with Alexia and on day of appointment Andrey showed up on time. Explained everything what he needed to do to install sprinklers. Got new pvc pipes, new sprinklers, and irrigation valves. Andrey made sure my timer was working properly with the new sprinklers and made sure to cap/closed all electrical wires. He gave me a lot of tips on how to keep my grass looking healthy and green. Definitely will callback for any future projects and will recommend for anyone looking for repair or installation. Andrey came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. He showed us how to easily check our sprinkler lines in the future. He even identified other drip line/pipe issues that were spewing water underneath our rocks that we hadn't noticed and he repaired those too at no extra cost! He showed me how to easily fix those leaks and what 2 or 3 materials to have on hand. So fast and easy. He was in and out within an hour. No issues since. They didn't pressure me to fix it right away but did explain and give me a quote for when I can afford to get it done. This sort of care and communication made me feel really good about them doing the work on my system and like I can trust them. In the past I've gone with cheaper people but things always ended up being done wrong and breaking later. His price felt reasonable while still not being too too cheap, and it is worth it for good quality work that even comes with a year warranty!
