My lips and stomach were on fire. I brought it back up and explained the issue. I was told that other customers have complained about the same thing before, but management does not issue refunds. There was no replacement, store credit, or any alternative offered. What stood out most is that this seems to be a known issue, yet there's still no effort to make it right when it happens. I ended up paying around $40 total and wasn't even offered the lentil soup that's typically included with orders over $15. I wasn't looking for anything extra -- just some basic acknowledgment that I couldn't eat the meal at all. I rarely send food back, but this was one of those times I had no choice.
