Amy gave me the option of either an all over color or she could do highlights and lowlights to blend the colors. I opted for the latter, and it was so much better and just got better with each appointment. The salon is very relaxing, and they use Moroccan Oil products which I love.The best thing is that I don't have to do much with my hair, it seems to fall into place after shampooing.

I had been on the fence about getting bangs and at Savannah's recommendation. I decided to wait until my next trim to really decide if I wanted to do it. Best decision ever because I think I was just frustrated with new growth and I ended up not actually wanting the bangs so I feel like she can be trusted in getting a good read on what it is that you actually want. The salon itself is very pretty and cozy. It always feels warm and inviting when I go in and I am always greeted as soon as I enter. I would definitely recommend this place and I also recommend Savannah. The only reason why I didn't give all five stars is that parking is a little bit inconvenient, but there is an actual lot besides the street parking so as long as you know that then you will have no problem.

Not only did my curls barely last an hour, my hair was barely curled leaving the salon and my appointment lasted two hours. The stylist seemed grossly inexperienced and took way too long. The vibe was uncomfortable conversationally from the get, and my stylist kept curling inverted (towards the head) and immediately brushing out whole sections before spraying (joking, "we don't want TOO many curls," after I specifically kept asking for more curls). Sprinkle in some jokes about "going back to cosmetology school" and repetition of questions based on what I thought was a relatively straightforward appointment, and you have one of my worst experiences in a salon. It's a shame it was for such an important event; you truly would've never known I went to a salon upon leaving.

I did not wash my hair for three days to make sure the process took but once washed, you could not tell I had a Brazilian blow out. My hair was super frizzy and not stick straight like the one I received in Dallas. Danielle said that depending on how straight I wanted it she would increase the tension during the process.
