This review is for The Gilroy Outlet location. Bought my faja over $150 worth. lady measured me and advised me that her measurements were giving her a size which she assured me this was my size. When she gave me the faja, I advised her it looked way too small. She said that's the way they are made and when I would put it on, it would stretch. I tried on the faja a few weeks later as I hadn't got a chance to do so as I went out of town, I could not put it on, it was way too small for me. I took it back to the store, and the store clerk assured me it would fit but I needed the help to try it on so she insisted she help. Not even she was able to zip it up. She re measured me and realized, it was, in fact way too small, then proceeded to advise me that there were no returns or exchanges. My mistake was not trying it on the same day. I bought it while on my break from work :(. I did not have a chance to try it on that day. Please be aware that once you walk away with your faja, make sure you try it on that same day because there are no exchanges or returns. There goes my $150+ down the drain. read more

See below for 'my' comments: 1. "Firstly" (lol, nice grammar), you failed to meet any basic service and standard due to the fact you allowed a customer to walk out with a few sizes too small upon 'your' employee measuring them - that is unacceptable and it is not the customers fault, it is the fault of your staff for not properly sizing and assessing the customer. Could you please train your staff, or hire someone experienced? If you can't, then perhaps you need to reevaluate the store policy. For example and for context, Victorias Secret (yoU mAy hAvE hEaRd of tHeM lol), a respected and well-known lingerie and intimate apparel store , owns up to any wrong doing by either A) offering store credit, or B) granting the return and tossing the items (since you mentioned the hygiene portion). This review has nothing to do with the Fajas but more about the service. First of all the fajas here are really good quality! Expensive as hell but they snatch you!! Now about the service. I came in here looking for a faja and I asked the young girl with glasses, if she could pull a size for me from the top. Before she got the size, she asked if she could measure me and I agreed. My measurements came out as a medium from what she said. The moment she said a medium, I knew she was trippin (no disrespect to her) anyway she grabbed a medium Faja and when I looked at it, I knew damn well I was never going to fit in this thing. Yessss fajas are made to fit you very snug and make your waist look like that ~~ )( but i really new this wasn't it. I told her I wasn't comfortable with purchasing a medium considering I couldn't try it on and considering I know I don't fit in a medium faja plus looking at it there was just no way ! I asked for a large and she shook her head no and said that's not the right size for you. But I asked her to get the large again and she got it after checking out the large I realized that it still was not going to fit based on just looking at it. I pretty much told her that I wasn't gonna buy it because it was way too expensive for me to take a chance of it not fitting . She was kind enough to let me try it on ONLY if I purchased it and it didn't fit, we could swap out the size. She gave me the medium that she was so sure about and I told her no again, but she insisted I go to the room and try it on . Once in the room, the Faja was so tight, It didn't want to go past my thighs/butt. She then passed me the large, and the large did not want to Even go up my hips. I proceeded to tell her that I needed the next size up and she kept on shaking her head no and basically telling me I was wrong. Yes, it was nice of her to let me try a bigger size once I purchased it, but it was irritating for her to tell me that it was going to fit when clearly It wouldn't go up my thighs. Also, it was very upsetting for her to tell me what she thought was best for my body. She was completely wrong all the way! What was even more irritating is that the whole time she kept saying no im wrong when I asked for a certain size. Her face had the look like i was crazy. She was in denial that I told her that an extra large fit me. all she kept saying was no no no that's not right that's not right. When I told her that I was going to go with the extra large, because it fit tight and perfect, she shrugged her shoulders like she was the one who was irritated. Just for reference im 5'3 and I weigh 175 pounds. I ended up walking out of there with an extra large and let me tell you the faja is so flattering under the clothes!! It hugs me nice and tight and pulls in my curves and makes me look snatched!! Soooo, ladies please don't listen to this girl. She is so sure she knows what she's talking about but she just really has no clue. you go with the size that you think will fit you. Do not allow her to talk you into a smaller size you know won't fit because you cannot return them, and they are very pricey. You will absolutely lose out if you get the wrong size. The one star is for the service but the fajas are 10/10 read more
