From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by some of the friendliest people we've ever met (and an adorable little cat!), and Michael took the time to walk us through every step of the process. He helped us choose fabrics, explained the history behind different áo dài styles, and made thoughtful recommendations based on how traditional we wanted our outfits to be. When we ran into a small issue because there wasn't enough of one fabric we loved, he was incredibly accommodating and helped us come up with different ideas while also offering to try to source more of the same fabric. What stood out most was Michael's kindness and genuine care. He never made us feel rushed and truly wanted us to leave with something we'd love. When he found out we were visiting from Virginia, he even shared recommendations for places to eat and explore around San Jose! If you have a dog or need car things this Ross also has a good aisle for car accessories and trinkets and a good aisle for rugs and dog clothes.
