I had contacted Michael on a Wednesday around 11 PM freaking out because the dress I had purchased did not fit and I needed it the next day for an upcoming wedding. Michael responded back very promptly and called me first thing in the morning the following day. He told me to come in and over the phone. I could already tell that he was so kind and I felt super welcomed, especially with the timeframe I was asking for. I went in on Thursday morning at 9:30 AM and Michael listened to all my needs and articulated that very clearly to the seamstress. They both sized me, measured me and came up with an exceptional game plan to extend the dress that didn't fit (it was too tight around the rib cage but big on the breast area). I did not have too much to work with and on top of that I was using a really unique fabric and a very chocolate brown color that's pretty unique. Also, Michael was very communicative and clear with pricing along with the descriptions. I got a call at 3:30 PM that the alterations were complete. When I went in, I was so amazed about how seamless the transition was. The dress fit perfectly and both treated me with so much kindness. This was my first time going to an alteration place near this area and I'm so glad that I found Michael.
