I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was a complete headache from start to finish. First off, the lady running it is never on time. I ended up waiting like I was at the DMV, as if she was doing me a favor just by showing up. For post-op clients, waiting this long is the last thing you want.
She doesn't let you pick your own faja, which might make sense for some clients, but she doesn't even measure you. She just eyeballs it. And guess what? The sizes she chooses don't even work. You're paying hundreds of dollars for garments that literally don't fit, which is terrifying when you're trying to recover safely.
Speaking of the fajas, they're basically just body suits. Not real compression BBL or post-op garments. No support, no shaping, nothing. Yet she charges luxury prices, like $400 for just two fajas, for what feels like cheap imported ones from Colombia. If she actually cared about her clients instead of the money, I would probably be saying something different.
Accessibility is another huge problem. Her shop is on the second floor with no elevator, so post-op clients have to struggle up the stairs. Then you wait in front of her door past your scheduled time, while her shop is right in front of a bar, making the whole experience awkward and uncomfortable. Even if you explain exactly what post-op support or compression you need, she ignores it and picks whatever she wants, and the language barrier makes it almost impossible to get your point across.
Appointments feel disorganized, client care isn't a priority, and honestly, you leave feeling like you just wasted a lot of money for nothing that actually works. And the absolute funniest part? She had the nerve to ask me for a five-star review. Five stars for this nonsense? Delusional.
Save yourself the time, money, and stress. If you want real post-op support, proper fajas that actually compress and shape, and someone who respects your needs and your time, go literally anywhere else. read more
