Eventually, 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS and was told I may need fertility treatment to conceive. I tried seeking help by my OBGYN, main health care doctors, and even seeking some fertility treatment, all to receive bandaid and cookie cutter "solutions" that didn't really help treat or find the cause of my issues. After being tired of not being heard and feeling not cared for I began doing a lot of research and discovered the holistic/naturopathic world and ultimately finding Dr. Nirvana. I began seeing Dr. Nirvana July of 2024 and to this day I have not only felt the most heard and understood, but have truly been seeing results and feeling so much better. She doesn't give bandaid or cookie cutter solutions, she actually cares and works to find the root cause of your issue through detailed labs and tests. She is the sweetest and is extremely knowledgeable. In just 8 months I have improved by gut health tremendously (night and day), I have lost over 25 lbs and don't feel as much inflammation as before, I have been able to balance my insulin and lower my bad cholesterol, and with her help I've been able to start regulating several of my hormones which we discovered I had severely unbalanced due to my PCOS which have caused my irregular cycles and infertility issues. She was carful in customizing a plan just for my needs. She is also very mindful of doing things progressively to not shock your body and feel good while going through healing. While Naturopathic care is not covered by many insurances and it can get rather expensive, it is truly so WORTH IT to actually see true results and find and fix the core problem. I am very satisfied with the progress I have seen and experienced and look forward to what is ahead as I continue treatment with Dr. Nirvana. Finally, I want to give a shout out to her amazing assistant Hana as she is always so helpful and responsive to my needs! Thank you both!

It helps to come in with an open mind because he is far more than just a typical doctor. He opened my eyes to completely different ways of thinking about my health, my body, and the healing process as a whole. He does not take the generic surface level approach that so many western doctors seem to rely on. In my experience, he has done more for me in the last 6months than what generic western doctors have done over the past 30 years. The best way I can describe him is that he is like a doctor, a psychologist, psychotherapist and several other professionals all combined into one. He looks at the full picture, asks the right questions, and approaches things in a way that makes you feel like someone is finally paying attention and actually trying to get to the root of the issue instead of just putting a temporary bandaid on it. His office is also a reflection of that experience. It is tranquil, comfortable, and conveniently located right next to the freeway, which makes it easy to get to. I am very glad I was referred to him and I highly recommend him to anyone who feels stuck, dealing with an ongoing issue, cant pinpoint the cause of their symptoms, untreated by typical doctors, or like they need a different level of care and insight. I am definitely a lifetime client

The first 6 months (approx) he gave specific instructions to remove a few things from my diet - which were slowly added back in later. I did my research and found his to be priced reasonable & comparable to everything else that was out there. Slowly, through weekly check ins, I started feeling better. We then went to monthly appointments only and now just call when needed. It's been a year and a half now and I continue to work with Dr. Gin through NET. He's a gifted practitioner, and while this may feel silly at first, it's worked wonders for my life and even my mental health. I make an appointment whenever I'm feeling stressed and it keeps me well. This is the best I've felt in a while. Thank you Dr. Gin!!!!

The inflammation I experienced during my cycle started to become unbearable. My uterus became so sensitive to the touch that I would scream out in pain. I had to take a couple days off work each month - something I had never needed to do before. The bloating progressively worsened to the point where it was painful just to swallow a bite of food or even walk. I could hardly eat the first few days of my period! Unlike the doctors I had previously seen, Rebecca focused on identifying and addressing the root cause of my symptoms rather than masking them. In less than a year, my digestive issues quickly resolved, and my periods are now nearly pain-free - something I once thought was impossible! I'm excited to continue improving my health under her guidance, and I've already referred several friends and family members to her. I highly recommend Rebecca to anyone who wants to truly get to the root cause of their health concerns especially if they're dealing with inflammation, period issues, or fertility challenges! Doctor Shah spent 1.5 hours with me on my first office visit, treated me as an individual (not an age), and listened attentively to the pain, suffering, and frustration I was going thru. He reviewed all the medical records I brought with me, and requested a panel of other lab work, along with a couple thyroid tests I never heard of before.
