Each time we go, there's always a kind employee to greet us who is patient and willing to punch in my email address for things (don't care if there's promos, but I like a good coupon). An employee even gave my baby a balloon for her first birthday as I was purchasing other products on her special day. I'd imagine this place to be a zoo on Friday-Sunday, so if you think about it, the store is unfairly rated for the service at busy times of inflating...they have to inflate the balloons to last and that has to be staggered. I can't fault them for that honestly. Always order ahead and schedule a pickup.
