I showed the young man what brand and model of vape that I had and told him I needed the pods and new coil. he proceeded to go get what I needed, he asked if that all that I needed and I said yes that was it. He took the products to the register, rang them up and placed them in a bag. I get home, go to fill the up the new pod and coil together and realize that he gave me the wrong pods!!! I live way out in the forest by Lake Bryant and I do not own a vehicle so the only time I can get to Bellevue is when I have a Dr.'s appointment then my ride will take me where I need to go. So I hold on to the receipt thinking okay my next appointment I will take them in to exchange them for the right ones, since it was his error I figured as long as I had the receipt there would be no problem. Today 07/01/21 around 3PM after my ride gave me a lift to my appointment we stopped in the shop so I could exchange the wrong pods for the right ones. WRONG!!!! I show him my receipt explain what happened and his response after glancing at it was. " looks like your gonna be stuck with those". First: HOW FREAKING RUDE DUDE! You know it wouldn't have bothered me so much if he would have said something like ma'am I am so sorry but our return policy doesn't allow us to return anything after 3 days. NOT "looks like you're going to be stuck with those". I was so dang mad about what he said and the way he said it that as I was walking out I just threw the pods and the receipt across the counter and told him he could just have it back! What good was it going to do for me??? 8 bucks down the drain not the biggest deal to cry over but your employees behavior and snide remark was uncalled for. I wasn't trying to get the cash back I just wanted them to make it right because it was their employees mistake. Rest assured I will make certain that I check before I leave a place if business again, I most definitely will not trust that they know what they are doing. I won't be revisiting this shop ever again that's for damned sure!!!

Huge bathroom with incredible shower.There is ac but we spent most of the time with the screen door and bathroom window open & it felt great. Included inside:mini fridge, toaster, coffee/tea (included),microwave and a small heater. Plenty of plugs to charge & a full length mirror. We love that there was no tv because we got to watch highland cows instead !! We also got to sleep to rain and it was so peaceful especially waking up every morning to new friends like pigs and sheep! We also saw: 4 highland cows!! , 2 different types of pigs, a family of sheep (+Anya the sassiest girl), cats, dogs, goats, turkeys (that like hugs but scared meee), guinea fowls, chickens and hens, mini horses and a peacock that sounds like Kevin from UP in the nighttime !! All the staff were super friendly including miss Elaine! Truly an incredible place to visit and get to feed pigs all day.

Cons: Prices are high but you may have to pay it for the older, discontinued items are not available anywhere else. If it's a current item you can purchase it from the TV ad cheaper and receive a 2nd item free. If you're only interested in one new item, you can purchase it in Walgreens for a better price. All sales are final! But you are allowed to check out the item before you leave. Sigh. I imagine there's a need for some of these products but the older items have been discontinued for a reason. Currently there are newer improved items that outdates them. It's kind of like selling a rotary phone.

This policy is posted in the store: On the register facing the customers, but there's amerchandise display in front of it, concealing most of the text so you don't realize it's there; on the wall behind the register, with print so small you'd have to be standing behind the register (like an employee) to read it; on a door at the back of the store, a door for employees only to enter through. You could read the policy there, but you'd really have to know it's there at the back of the store on a door you wouldn't walk through, and then want to read a full page of text. Not forthright. Considering I see their products cheaper in other local stores who have better policies, it wouldn't be worth it for me to shop there again.
