What he got was chocolate cookies with a puff of vanilla icing in the middle. I understand that they may substitute if needed but really? Are you out of banana, pineapple, strawberries, chocolate and CHEESECAKE? It's in the name of the platter! Being a cheesecake fan I wanted to get him something he likes, CHEESECAKE. On top of that ,in place of the hand cut chocolate dipped fruit, he got a puff of icing on top of his chocolate COOKIES substituted for his CHEESECAKE. This is my third edible arrangement in a month, today I am so disappointed. I could have gone to Walmart. UPDATE: Becky called me in NC about the above review. She asked for a picture which I sent and apparently the orders got mixed up. She is correcting it and delivering cheesecake to my friend at this moment. I've used their services four times so far and couldn't be happier with the results. Karine approaches each project with a keen eye; partnering frame, glass, and mounting which perfectly complements each individual piece. In one instance, she completely changed my mind from what I had originally thought I wanted and her suggestion was totally on the mark. The shop also offers restoration of damaged works. If you have a piece that you hold close to your heart and feel it is beyond salvaging, bring it in and get Karine's opinion. The price and value are great. Online registration is easy. I received notifications to remind me of the class prior to the date. Upon arrival, you sign in, grab the appropriate size gloves and sit in your assigned seat. Your box with all needed supplies is provided & ready for you. Bridget is positioned at the front of the class and there are monitors on each side that displays what she is doing. She gives step by step instructions, walks around to help assist and answers any questions asked. The instructions are easy and the art comes out unique and beautiful. Everything was so well organized. I loved the class! I highly recommend Bridget and her classes. You should sign up for one for yourself or with a group soon!
