Something that really impressed me was the dove shaped pineapple slices dipped in white chocolate. They were so tasty! And I'm not a big pineapple girl. All of the fruit was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this company. It was really nice to get a comforting, edible gift delivered to our door in a time of grief.

What he got was chocolate cookies with a puff of vanilla icing in the middle. I understand that they may substitute if needed but really? Are you out of banana, pineapple, strawberries, chocolate and CHEESECAKE? It's in the name of the platter! Being a cheesecake fan I wanted to get him something he likes, CHEESECAKE. On top of that ,in place of the hand cut chocolate dipped fruit, he got a puff of icing on top of his chocolate COOKIES substituted for his CHEESECAKE. This is my third edible arrangement in a month, today I am so disappointed. I could have gone to Walmart. UPDATE: Becky called me in NC about the above review. She asked for a picture which I sent and apparently the orders got mixed up. She is correcting it and delivering cheesecake to my friend at this moment. I'm happy this business tried and did "make it right." Thank you Becky!!!!! I'll be back!

Updating my review because the owner personally reached out after my original experience and worked…read moreto make things right. My initial disappointment was real -- the first arrangement we received for Mother's Day did not reflect the value or flower preferences we discussed when placing the order, especially for the price paid. I was frustrated because I intentionally chose to support a local florist and expected a more polished, thoughtfully designed arrangement. That said, Jeff handled the situation professionally. He acknowledged the concerns, admitted the original arrangement missed the mark, and replaced it with a much fuller and more beautiful bouquet that better reflected the value and quality we expected. The replacement arrangement was far more cohesive, colorful, and thoughtfully designed, and my mom was very happy with it. While the first experience was disappointing, I do appreciate a business that takes accountability and genuinely works to correct a mistake. Customer service after the sale matters, and they made a strong effort to make things right. Based on how professionally the situation was handled and the quality of the replacement arrangement, I would recommend giving them a chance.

Recently, I purchased a desk and rolling file cabinets from N&N for my home office. When I received…read morethe newly designed cabinets there was a flaw in the design. Nathan was most accommodating. He sent out a tech to checkout the problem immediately and then put in an order to replace them. It turned out that delivery was going to be delayed, then Nathan went out of his way to find others in stock, which I, most appreciatively, just received. Excellent service! Products are very good too.

I was looking for a used desk and file cabinet. I called a few stores. Some had 800 #s and some you…read moreleft a voice mail. I never received a call back. I went to a few and some stores didn't have much of a selection and others didn't have anything that fit my size requirements (doorway width and I needed a long desk for workspace). A couple tried to steer me to new furniture actually inferring I couldn't afford a new desk. Being in sales myself, that was a tactic I'd never seen before. And then I found N & N had a FB ad. I messaged them on a Sunday (I was moving and needed it by Thursday). David responded in a few minutes. I told him what I was looking for and he sent me their flyer and their address. I went to the warehouse on Monday. The two ladies in the front (I didn't get their names) were very nice. David came out and walked me through the warehouse. He spent a lot of time with me. He knew what I needed and I found the perfect desk and cabinet. I couldn't believe how great prices! We then arranged delivery. Jorge and Mike showed up on Thursday and did an incredible job negotiating corners and a hallway. They even plugged in my power strip so I would be able to use the (I don't know what they are called) the holes on the top of the desk! They did it in no time and couldn't have been nicer and polite guys. I found out that N & N is a family run company, I think, for about 30 years! If you are looking for used or new (they also have a great selection of new office furniture) don't do anything until you see these folks. Shortly, I am opening an office and I will look nowhere else. Thanks, David, and everyone at N & N for a great experience! Between needing the desk and the stress of moving you sure made my life easier!
