I made a mistake trying to order online and clicked on something that took me to 1-800flowers delivery. I had no idea and thought the two companies had merged. What a mistake!!! I ended up Calling the local Villages store and they made an arrangement! Saving the day! Becky helped me immensely and I will always be thankful for her special attention. She went above and beyond to correct the 1-800 flowers fiasco and make a memorable birthday for my friend. Don't make my mistake call the local Villages store directly!!!!! read more

When my mother-in-law passed away, a friend of mine sent us an edible arrangement. It was such a sweet treat to receive. Something that really impressed me was the dove shaped pineapple slices dipped in white chocolate. They were so tasty! And I'm not a big pineapple girl. All of the fruit was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this company. It was really nice to get a comforting, edible gift delivered to our door in a time of grief. read more

What I ordered was "Chocolate Dessert & CHEESECAKE Platter." The cheesecake was to be topped by a dipped banana (white choc/ dark chco combo), a dipped pineapple and a dipped strawberry. What he got was chocolate cookies with a puff of vanilla icing in the middle. I understand that they may substitute if needed but really? Are you out of banana, pineapple, strawberries, chocolate and CHEESECAKE? It's in the name of the platter! Being a cheesecake fan I wanted to get him something he likes, CHEESECAKE. On top of that ,in place of the hand cut chocolate dipped fruit, he got a puff of icing on top of his chocolate COOKIES substituted for his CHEESECAKE. This is my third edible arrangement in a month, today I am so disappointed. I could have gone to Walmart. UPDATE: Becky called me in NC about the above review. She asked for a picture which I sent and apparently the orders got mixed up. She is correcting it and delivering cheesecake to my friend at this moment. I'm happy this business tried and did "make it right." Thank you Becky!!!!! I'll be back! read more

I got my second arrangement from them for my birthday Monday. It looked wonderful and the fruit was all good, the pieces all tasted and looked very fresh. The first I got was about 3 years ago and it was wonderful as well. You can tell that these folks pay attention to detail and love what they do. Would not hesitate to use them when the circumstance arises. read more

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my elderly parents on July 22. My parents informed me that their delivery girl was not wearing a mask and insisted on handing them the delivery instead of placing it on the outdoor table my parents use for contactless deliveries. Please educate your staff. I will not order from you again. read more

I ordered the Shamrock Daisy arrangement and only because my friend sent me a picture did I realize that this edible arrangements store delivered a basic arrangement to her that looks nothing like what they show on the website. This is the third time I've ordered from edible arrangements company and the various stores delivers the wrong thing either leaving out balloons or sending the wrong arrangement. I am very upset by this and I think that this company lacks integrity and keeping quality control within their stores around the country. read more

On Mother's Day this location sent my mom the wrong kind of berries, so when I called to complain the manager apologized and told me they would send another order either right away or any other occasion of my choosing. I opted to have them sent on her birthday, in August. The manager told me to just give her a call the week of her birthday and they would set it all up for delivery. Well months late, I COMPLETELY FORGOT and called in a panic the MORNING OF her birthday. To my delight and surprise they already had her order ready and set to go!!!! Apparently they remembered...even when I didn't What life savers! My mom received them exactly when they said she would and she was very surprised and excited! Thank you so much for saving my hide! read more

We have been on the receiving end of this establishment several times and their fruit arrangement has always been fresh and plentiful. In fact when our children ask what to send for a celebration we suggest Edible A! Their delivery people are knowledgeable about their products and happy to be presenting the product to you and watching your smile. Great service and big smiles. read more

Although I wish that it Edible Arrangements would have gift cards, the store at The Villages was very accommodating over the phone with purchasing a gift certificate. My friend was able to pick up my purchase right away and deliver it to my mother-law. Please, do away with individual store gift certificates and join the main stream stores. We are a huge fan of your products! read more

I ordered an arrangement for Boss's Day. And then forgot to pick it up!!!! The incredible staff called twice, texted me, and then even left a cell number for me to reach them. When I finally called back an hour after closing, they arranged for someone to meet me there and pick up my order. I cannot believe the amazing level of customer service. And they were SO NICE when I called... I was totally in the wrong and they didn't owe me a thing and yet they went WAY out of their way to help me. And how can I not mention the arrangement!!! Not only did it look just like the photo, I think it might have been prettier!!! I really can't say enough fantastic things about these guys. I know EXACTLY where I'll be going every time I need a gift like this. Y'ALL ARE THE BEST!!!!!! read more
