I visited this store for the first time while in town visiting a friend, and unfortunately the…read morecustomer service fell short of expectations. When we walked in, no one greeted us or asked if we needed help, even though the store wasn't busy. At checkout, I politely asked several times for my items--especially the candles--to be double‑bagged. The cashier insisted it wasn't necessary and refused, which was frustrating since it was a simple request meant to prevent the bags from breaking. Once outside, I asked my friend to go back in and request two bags. Even then, the same cashier made her feel uncomfortable for asking before finally handing them over. A basic request like an extra bag shouldn't be an issue, and it certainly doesn't cost the employee anything. The overall service could definitely be improved, especially when it comes to friendliness and accommodating reasonable customer needs.

We were greeted right away by a staff member and asked if we needed help by an alternate staff member a little while later. The store was really clean and well kept. They had plenty of staff on hand for the busier holiday time. The new marshmallow and flannel candles seriously smell amazing but the body spray decor covers were just odd. Overall: A- Smaller but plenty to find if you love the brand.

Updating my review because the owner personally reached out after my original experience and worked…read moreto make things right. My initial disappointment was real -- the first arrangement we received for Mother's Day did not reflect the value or flower preferences we discussed when placing the order, especially for the price paid. I was frustrated because I intentionally chose to support a local florist and expected a more polished, thoughtfully designed arrangement. That said, Jeff handled the situation professionally. He acknowledged the concerns, admitted the original arrangement missed the mark, and replaced it with a much fuller and more beautiful bouquet that better reflected the value and quality we expected. The replacement arrangement was far more cohesive, colorful, and thoughtfully designed, and my mom was very happy with it. While the first experience was disappointing, I do appreciate a business that takes accountability and genuinely works to correct a mistake. Customer service after the sale matters, and they made a strong effort to make things right. Based on how professionally the situation was handled and the quality of the replacement arrangement, I would recommend giving them a chance.
