Merchandise is overpriced. After making a purchase I saw the same product in several other local stores for $2 cheaper. While the employee was pleasant when I purchased the product, when I came to return it, was snotty and impolite. They don't allow refunds, only exchanges or store credit. This policy is posted in the store: On the register facing the customers, but there's amerchandise display in front of it, concealing most of the text so you don't realize it's there; on the wall behind the register, with print so small you'd have to be standing behind the register (like an employee) to read it; on a door at the back of the store, a door for employees only to enter through. You could read the policy there, but you'd really have to know it's there at the back of the store on a door you wouldn't walk through, and then want to read a full page of text. Not forthright. Considering I see their products cheaper in other local stores who have better policies, it wouldn't be worth it for me to shop there again. read more
