We took our 2020 explorer for warranty issues and Kevin was really unprofessional then (Clayton)told us to never come back. All because he authorized work when I asked him to wait for warranty approval. He got upset said I was the worst customer and then we got the owner Clayton)involved he didn't even care about customer satisfaction and was super unprofessional. I own my own business and everyone has had a issue with a customer but it's really how you handle it that makes the situation worse or better. Kevin is arrogant and doesn't like being questioned and I was just keeping him honest end the end isn't it my money we are spending. Be careful getting service at Fairway Ford and make sure you double check everything or you'll pay more for unauthorized service. I wasn't going to leave a bad review until my wife made another appointment for recall that is killing people. I went there this morning and after my wife made sure on all parts of this service. I get there and after a few minutes Kevin tells me with a complete change in attitude to leave my wife was so irritated for the lack of respect in making us wait weeks for service then saying leave. Took my 19' super duty (46k miles) in for a fuel leak. (The return line on the top filter). after I took it for a drive , the check engine light was on. I called back and stated my truck previously did not have check engine light on and I'd like to schedule time to fix it. Service proceeds to tell me it's a $200 diagnostic fee that I'll have to pay if it doesn't correspond to check engine. I went to ABC and they ran it for free. Are they sabotaging vehicles for service fees? Make your own speculations and might I recommend driving past this place and go to a different dealership. read more

(((((Local mechanic with 30 years experience please read )))))This past Friday I returned to the used car side to talk with manager and the man who made a offer on my truck I want to sell my truck he offered(( 42,000 for the truck or he said I can Wright a check for what you owe and send it to finance company and Wright you a check for your equity ))I found he was not there so a sales man called him to ask him about the meeting and what had transpired I told the guy I would take 43,000 and we could do the deal few days before when I had went i also looked at a little older dodge 2500 didn't test drive at the time but did look at it the whole reason I was selling truck was to not have a payment I only owed 15,700 on the truck the manager mentioned he could do a deal straight up so I kept that in mind so when on Friday I ask to test drive the dodge 2500 I was able to find several things that did not work I brought this up after the test drive they were willing to fix or I could I've also been a mechanic for over 30 years at this time the sales man took the deal to the new car side to I'm assuming the finance manager this man would not honor the deal reached before with manager he was ugly about the deal I was stunned the manager said the deal was good for a week so I started asking a lot of questions then the other guys in the office started coming to his defense so basically I was ambushed in that office now mind you I had dealt with the used car manager before I bought a car from him before and everything went very smooth as things began to escalate that's fine I'll just sell you the truck I said he then said ok do a street buy to his sales man then said we'll send a check into to pay of what you owe and when the title comes in you'll get your check I said again your manager didn't say that he said I would get a check when he wrights out the financed portion and I said your taking position of the truck so I said no and I would never do business there again I'm also going to put up a YouTube video of my experience at this dealership and specifically the man who seams to be running it all I can recommend is talk to the manager behind the desk in new cars before u make a purchase he is the head of the organization that leads his employees because this could happen to you I will never go back read more
