I don't like being the squeaky wheel, but there have been so many mistakes in the short period of…read moretime that I've been going to them. I primarily went to them for my car, which had been in a fender bender. They had focused on the rear struts when the bigger problem was my control arms on both front axles. I went to another company to have them evaluated and sure enough when the insurance company came to evaluate the car. It was due to how they had handled my car in the assessment lot. If I had stuck with this company, I would've never gone back to the insurance company, and I would've had to pay all of this out-of-pocket. I also would have focused on the wrong fixes to the car. The reason I changed companies was because of how they handled my wife's car. I paid them several hundred dollars to try and fix two problems. They said both problems were fine and that they were not actually problems. I went to another company and the other company was able to immediately diagnose the problem and fix the problems. The troublesome part was that they had assessed the TPMS systems and said they were fine despite us having a warning signal on the dash for the last few months. The other company said the complete opposite and said that two had degraded batteries and needed to be replaced. All of the problems went away after being fixed by the other company. Despite the other good reviews on this app, I cannot trust T & T anymore.

They were able to tie back some of the damage to my car to a previous accident where the other party was liable. They worked with the insurance company and was able to make sure that all of it was paid by the other person's insurance. They literally saved me thousands of dollars. They also recognized damage that the other folks missed. They did wonders with my wife's car as well. We had two tricky issues that they were able to immediately diagnose and fix after other companies had missed it. At every point I feel like they've had the best interest of me and my family at heart. Their prices are fair. The staff is incredible. The mechanics are incredibly talented. I can only say good things about this company.
