Dino was very prompt and punctual with his communication from start to finish. He allows you to buy your own cabinets, flooring, etc., yet is full of recommendations and ideas if you're unsure of what to get. His crew was equally top notch, working straight through the day with only a short break for lunch. I had melting snow in my entrance way and steps, to which Dino and the crew would occasionally grab my shovel and clean up the path as they walked back and forth to their truck. I had a horrible leak and Matt discovered that it was coming from the windows. There were such gaps left between my vinyl siding and window frames water was getting inside and soaking the wood so much that it finally started to leak. Once Matt finished I couldn't believe the difference in his work compared to the previous work. I had him redo all the other windows so I know I won't have to wait for a problem to arise. I also saw a difference in my electric bill now that my home is properly sealed. Too bad Ridges Peak wasn't around the first time I had to replace my windows and sided my home, I would've had it done correctly the first time.

Only Good Windows responded and sent someone out to do an estimate. They just finished the job. The original estimate was done from the ground, however when the technician was able to get the unit out of the frame, (This is an old style window), we both saw that additional work had to be done. The tech did the work and did an excellent job. It was only a bit more over the original estimate, but quite reasonable. I highly recommend Good Window Works.

When Yuri came to fix it, it ended up more complicated than it seemed, which I didn't realize. He took the time to fix both the top & bottom windows. After a few days, there was some weird thing/sound going on, so he came back to check it out. Of course, there was another part that had to be replaced. Who knew windows were so complex? Not me. The discount we requested was satisfactory as it…read moreshould cover the cost of fixing the screen that was damaged during work and replaced (see pic) and some of the siding, and the electrical outlet issue, we had the same experience as others in that workers were not showing time, or would cancel last minute. Contractor estimated 3 days and the work took approximately 3 weeks. No one has come out for the punch list items after Tom said he would send someone out about 2 weeks ago. No paperwork was provided with the sliding door- so no manufacturer warranty. We don't expect any further contact.
