The bowling itself wasn't bad, but there were some slight mechanical issues with the lane towards the end which cut into our time. We had one turn left each and the game cut off right before which was a bummer. We ordered some of their cocktails which were good but service was slow for sure. Place is great for kids and adults because there's also an arcade, ping pong, and pool tables but those cost extra. Looks like a fun place for birthday parties for kids. The lanes were cool because they had music videos playing above each lane which was fun. It was very hot in there though so don't wear a long sleeve shirt lol

Nick S. - to you and everyone else that plays/played here or at virtually…read more any hall. (Because I was there and saw what transpired, and you should remove your review because your statements are purely liablous.) When you play on a table you should know not to have your beverages or food over the cloth, put objects on the table or do anything that may damage the equipment. A staff member approached you (any one should be able to inform you of this basic ettiquette) and politely asked you to keep your drink back from the table and the reason why. You became immediately confrontational - Why? Who are You? Are you "even" staff? They informed you of all this.... You then decided to amp up needlessly situation and you know all the other things that you and your party did and I'm not going to get into that... The staff at Strokers are excellent and everyone is welcome there, and many people from many different nationalities and walks of life play there - what it boils down to is that you had a chip on your shoulder and instead of just accepting the staffs request you decided to take offense and then double down on that, saying it was due to race - and that is just disgusting. I've admittedly made indiscretions of my own at times and have been reminded by staff of rules and ettiquette, as have many players - all you had to do was be polite and accepting instead of taking it personal - maybe you should reflect on your own actions of Saturday night - you ruined the night for yourself, your friends and frankly for staff who work very hard for the patrons and deserve better. Strokers is one of the very best halls in all of Ontario and despite your false misleading review will continue to be successful for all the hard work its owner and staff do to maintain an excellent room. It's probably our fourth visit to the Factory over the years. The kids have done day camp there and also the ropes course and never been disappointed. I would go back just for that and the kids can jump.

There was an ice cream store and a Starbucks opened when we were there. Several of the businesses were not open when we stopped by. There is a craft brewery on site as well as a restaurant, The Club House, and a distillery. We did not sample any of these as we were there early in the day. The Factory is an entertainment complex geared towards younger children. There is plenty for young kids to do including an escape room, trampoline park, high ropes course, zip line and virtual reality. Would be ideal for kids on a rainy cold day. It was nice to see the changes to this space and understand that they are building a hotel and concert area which should be a good draw.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THIS FACILITY AS A BOOKED VENUE First off…read more-- this is not about the golf course, but a review of this facility for hosting a wedding. Folks - if you are looking for a venue -- look no further. These folks do a great job for venue catering. They have a wonderful room in the back that overlooks the 18th hole - and holds about 80-100 people quite easily. They had the ceremony on a section of the property away from the main clubhouse (it was private and very pretty). I must say it was a bit difficult to hear since there is a lot of road noise due to lots more construction along Sunningdale, but still very nice. The clubhouse? Wonderful room we had the cocktail reception in! Huge fireplace with nice comfortable wing back chairs and comfy sofas with still lots of room to mingle. The staff came around with all kinds of appetizers (lamb chops, oyster, shrimp skewers, and mini beef wellington. They were all wonderful and went down wonderfully with champagne! The meal included a wonderful salad with citrus segments, and then a choice of chicken stuffed with veg and goat cheese or a filet mignon in a wonderful sauce. The dessert plate had a mini-trio of creme brulee, brownie and strawberry cheesecake on it. The staff checked in on us regularly and did fireworks for the bride and groom later in the night. What a great evening! So - if you want a memorable wedding day -- look no further than Sunningdale Golf and Country club!
