Advertised as the biggest indoor amusement park in Canada, I thought I'd make the 2 hour drive to London, ON because it seems really cool! The area is huge (used to be an old Kellogg factory) and offers a lot of different activities. The website is well designed and the staff are young and friendly. They reply quickest through Facebook Messenger! What can I say, you can definitely spend the whole day here. We spent 8 hours here and didn't get to do everything. Because it's a rather new business (opened just last month), they weren't many people in the area, so you don't have to line up for much. There's: Trampoline park: (dodgeball, slam dunks, spinning arms, tumble tracks and interactive lights that change colour everything you jump on it) Warrior course: this is like the ninja warrior course on TV but more kid friendly. There's a treadmill, stunt jump, monkey bars, ropes, rings, ladders, nets and of course, the famous warped walls. Don't be fooled... the course isn't easy! High ropes: I'd say this one is worth your money the most. We spent 2 hours on this and we barely finished level 4 out of 9. There are two sides of ropes and by the time we got to the zip lining stage, we were too tired. They have a lot of unique obstacles (bike, kayak, picnic table, horse). These challenges really test your endurance and balance! They have a 35ft free fall (more like a repel, you feel like you're spiderman), and at the time, the 65ft wasn't available. It's scary jumping off, but once you've jumped it's really fun. You have the option to take the stairs if you don't want to free fall. Arcade: Like a mini Dave & Busters. Some similar games but some new ones. The new ones were out of order when we went. Bonus: Free popcorn! With purchase, you get sticky socks for the trampolines and warrior course (these look so much cooler than the ones at Sky Zone, and they glow in the dark!) There's also a kids playground, virtual reality, escape rooms, lots of modern lounge spaces with tables and a caf! Their pizza is really delicious! (thin crust and stone baked). I like that they have lockers (bring your own lock), they give you a colourful bracelet that acts as your key pass to enter and exit the building, to hold your arcade tokens and your times for your attraction selection. There are no water fountains though (well there is, but it looks kind of dirty lol) I must mention that the place isn't cheap. It's like $25 + tax for one hour of warrior course and $50+ tax for 1.5hrs of high ropes. We purchased a combo package (adventure package) featuring 1 hour of warrior OR trampoline, 1.5 hours of high ropes and $10 worth of credits in the arcade for $80 per person after tax. They have different packages, and if you are able to come in the weekday, do so! Because it's only $60 for everything, all day. Perks: there are nursing stations, free wifi, and a sensory night (Hosted the first Tuesday of every month, they turn the music and lights down so that people with sensory needs can enjoy The Factory more comfortably.) Overall, vibrant and modern vibes with plenty to do! Just wished that they were closer to the city because this would be a great activity in the winter :P

Lots of different fun stuff to do for the kids and alcohol for the adults. A little on the expensive side. Good place for kids parties.

Inflexible "Final Sale" Policy & Zero Customer Care -- Cost Me $98…read more Very disappointing experience with Sky Zone Kitchener. Do yourself a favor--don't go there. I live in Mississauga and accidentally bought tickets for the Kitchener location. I immediately called twice and left voicemails--no response. I then followed up by email when no one got back to me. In good faith, I still went with my three kids to the Mississauga location and even became a member. They did not care about this at all and refused to refund my $98, hiding behind a rigid "final sale" policy and the excuse that they were "too busy" to answer calls or check voicemails. I acted in good faith from the start, but they showed zero flexibility or accountability. I hope this review helps others avoid this place and ends up costing them far more than the $98 they refused to return.

Looks like there's only one review here so I'll try to be as thorough as possible. Sky Zone is an…read moreindoor trampoline park that welcomes all ages. They are able to do private events such as birthday parties. If you've never been here before then you'll have to do 2 things. 1, sign a waiver which is basically saying if you get hurt you can't sue. 2, is buy sky zone socks - these socks are made specifically for the trampoline park and you can't jump around if you don't buy these socks (they cost around $6). You then buy a time pass for how long you want to jump for - this includes 1hr, 1hr30m, and 2hrs. After that you're free to enter the park. There's also a mini cafeteria if you're hungry and would like to eat without having to leave. When I went, there were 6 sections. The first is a dodgeball court where you can play dodgeball on trampolines. The second is just a bunch of trampoline squares. The third has 3 basketball nets where you can dunk with a basketball. The fourth is a parkour course - sort of like american ninja warrior - they have 3 difficulties. The fifth is a rock climbing wall which also has a few difficulties. The last one is a foam pit which you can jump into. On my experience I honestly found it to get old really quickly. Me and my friends managed to get through the park in like 45 minutes and we bought the 1 hr and 30 minute pass. So honestly, the latter half just felt very repetitive. I think this place is way better for kids to blow off energy as they seem to be entertained for a while. At certain times, it gets really busy and there's a lot of kids so if you're not really comfortable with that then it might not be a good idea to come. If you really like the idea of jumping on a trampoline for a while then it's a great place for you. The other thing is that if you're one of those people who aren't into athletic activities then you might have to pass because believe me it's VERY tiring LOL. Also, bring athletic clothes since you're going to be moving - a lot.

Unfortunately that was not the case. After the first year, I expressed my concern about the lack of actual instruction and the less than enthusiastic behaviour of the coaches and was told that they were just new coaches and that the next year would be better. It was not. I did not expect that my granddaughter was heading to the Olympics. What I did expect is that the coaches would teach skills and that an improvement would be seen after 2 years. There was a great deal of standing around time and line up times when the kids could have been actively participating. This was an expensive activity, and I expected that the kids would advance in their skills, and that did not happen. My own children went to Forest City Gymnastics 30 years ago, and this is definitely not the same calibre of gymnastics club that it was then! As a physical educator, a long time coach and a former director of a summer sports camp, I was disappointed in all aspects of this Forest City Gymnastics experience. We will be looking for a different gymnastics club, or another activity for the future for our grand children.
