The employees were very helpful and the equipment (HTC Vive) was sufficient. The experience could've been much better for a company event if it displayed our actual names instead of randomized names, and if some people had a bit more time to get used to VR. There were the standard difficulties with glasses, people not understanding controls, and people having trouble seeing clearly...all of which might have been cleared up with a bit extra time at the start. Put some controls in your hands (making sure you strap on the wrist loops) and off you go. Where you go is only limited by your imagination oh and maybe how long you have booked the booth for and what games there are and... It actually is pretty cool. We had a lot of fun. Couldn't figure out the group play thing to shoot zombies together until the end but it is pretty awesome even in single player mode. You do feel like you are somewhere else. And it does make the time go very fast. Real time that is. Is it perfect yet? Nope. Would I go back? Sure. Maybe won't touch but would not mind trying. I do think there are some improvements to be made. So in reality 3.5 stars. But the staff (adults) are cool. So the extra half star is awarded for their service in the line of duty. When you walk in there's an automated kiosk on the left and you can take escalator, elevator or stairs. Extremely accessible. You are welcomed by the food options and the washroom is on the right with plenty of stalls. On the right was where you can go to the auditoriums and my room was 1. One mistake I made was I booked the seat 23 and 24 which was on the opposite side. The seats didn't incline but you can adjust the intensity. I would say the DBOX programming was okay but not amazing, my mother criticized how some moments the chair randomly shook. It was my first time experiencing DBOX. I was sort of expecting it similar to my experience at Universal/Adventure island muffets show. Sadly it was quite muted for an experience. Having tried the regular theatre, the 4dx and the dbox, I would say dbox prevents you from snoozing for sure. Still a fan of the Netflix and Disney plus. But certainly another way to enjoy yourself and be amused.

It's not too bad for pricing! Honestly I picked up two games and a controller for $100 (mind you one game was 70 because it was a limited edition mint N64 cartridge). I recommend this store, great hours! Don't get too cranky, it's a great collection so go take a look!
