As we walked around the property he listened to what I wanted, made very good suggestions for things I had not considered and gave me a feeling of confidence that he knew the subject matter. He and his team arrived precisely on time the day of the removal. They trimmed, cut and wood chipped all the trees in a very orderly fashion which made me feel the job was always under control. When they were finished Paul and I briefly walked around to review the results. Excellent work! Hardly a leaf or twig left on the ground and a new, beautiful, bigger backyard! All the contractors bought in a guy who who offered to take care of the problem for double what the previous owner of the home gave me to fix the problem. I thought something smell fishy. The prices were incredibly high and they made it like they were doing me a favor by ripping me off. I continued my search and came upon Celtic tree service. Connol came out gave me an estimate (which was reasonable) - came back with his men took the tree down and ground the stump down. No drama! some of the friendly contractors and tree companies went through the yard and pointed out all the other trees that needed to be taken down for my safety. Of course they could help save me by ripping me off. But Connol, the tree expert, had already walked through my yard and told me several of the trees were just fine and did not need to be taken down and one that might pose a problem in the future. I was GREATFUL!!!! A year later after a storm the one problem tree snapped. Celtic tree didnt have availability so i started looking around again. In marched the rippoff tree people again. I waited for Celtic to come. In they marched again, took care of the downed tree for a reasonable price. My experience with contractors since I moved here has been a nightmare with contractors. Since the pandemic people have raised their price sometimes doubling or trippling what they charge for services. Many people who are desperate for help and have no other choice are paying crazy prices. It is refreshing to deal with Connol and his crew. In my opinion Celtic Tree service ROCKS!!!
