He humored my 8-year-old son when my son told him that the larger the truck the bigger the turn radius... or something to that effect, my incredibly smart son said it way better I just did lol. His employees were also very kind, very friendly, respectful, and clean. We gave them A cooler filled with cold bottled water & a bag with other empty cans and the recycling bin. They all made sure to clean up after themselves. Jim was happy to whatever we asked with the wood chips and the trees. Our trees had "vines" growing around the trees. The vines were the size of smaller trees so when I say it was a big job I'm not exaggerating. We will most definitely need more trees removed in the near future and I know exactly who we will be calling. Jim! Especially since we paid exactly what we were quoted! This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees!
