Wifi works unlike so many hotels that have wifi that never works. Parking was plentiful, gas station and grocery store are walking distance as well. The only complaint I have is the pillows have absolutely no support. Also, my mom's room didn't have hot water (yikes). But mine did so I am sure this was just a fluke.

I always wipe down surfaces with Clorox wipes and when the wipe comes up with lots of dirt.. I'm always a little worried about cleanliness. The wipes picked up a lot of grim/dirt to the point where the visible marks all came up. The room is very simple which is fine. Tv worked, wifi worked, and parking was convenient. Bed was also comfortable. I would recommend them getting black out curtains. The light would shine in the room in the morning, not great when trying to sleep in. Would I stay here again? Probably not. But only because I don't care to stay in motels, when I booked it. I didn't realize it was a motel.

Traveling with my wife and infant, cleanliness is not optional -- it is essential. More seriously, there were ongoing disturbances outside our room late at night. Groups were congregating near the walkway, smoking, being loud, and there was fighting going on. At one point, an individual approached our door and repeatedly stated our room number. This behavior was alarming and completely unacceptable in a property that is supposed to provide safety and security for guests. Due to the combination of unsanitary room conditions and the unsafe environment, we did not feel comfortable remaining at the property.

I understand this is a pet-friendly hotel, but the carpets in my room had several noticeable stains and gave the room a slightly dirty appearance and lingering odor. I think the hotel would greatly benefit from regularly steam cleaning or replacing the carpets, as first impressions matter. The complimentary breakfast was average at best. On multiple mornings, little things were missing or not working--whether it was no milk available, the beverage machine being out of service, or simple items like honey for tea not being restocked. These may seem like small details, but they're the kinds of touches that make guests feel cared for. As the saying goes, it's often the little things that matter most. That said, if you're visiting Turlock for work, this is still one of the more convenient and better lodging options in the area. The location is good, and for a smaller city with limited hotel choices, it gets the job done. With a little more attention to cleanliness and consistency, this hotel could easily earn a higher rating

The shower was exceptionally clean, (although I'd still advise everyone to use shower sandals) with reliable hot water. The sheets were clean, beds soft, with just the right amount of pillows, no signs of bed bugs. Appliances were clean and didn't stink. Laundry room had only 1 of 2 washers working, and the only laundry soap that was available were tide pods, priced at $1.75 EACH pod, outrageous. This one night stay cost me $92 cash, no deposit, but keep in mind that prices vary depending upon location, day and what time you decide to check in Unfortunately there's no pool and no exercise room at this location which is a downer but you can loan some exercise equipment for a $50 deposit.
