Breakfast served. Oatmeal multiple add ins if you'd like.

I feel inclined to make mention of the noise first (you can skip this part if noise isn't bothersome to you). If you don't get a room opposite of W Ann Rd, you will hear vehicles driving throughout the day and night. I recommend a sound machine and ear plugs, but it may not fully drown out the noise if you're a light sleeper. It isn't terrible, but something to keep in mind. The room: We had a 2 queen suite (see pics). The lighting in the room and bathroom was a bit dim and the water sometimes took a very long time to get hot. The AC made a rattling noise off and on everyday we were there. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Mattresses are likely medium-medium firm. As expected, the couch bed was uncomfortable, but the couch itself was good enough to sleep on. The room was spacious and everything was clean. Plenty of space in the mini fridge. You could hear the guests above you stomping at times. Breakfast: Very good. Enough food to fill you up and enough options to cater to your liking. Coffee was good as well. They have oatmilk available for those avoiding dairy. Pool: Small; has a max depth of 5 feet and is perfect for little kids, but I can't imagine it fitting many people when busy. The water was nice and warm. Gym: Very clean and open 24hrs/day. Has free weights, exercise balls, mats, kettle balls, elliptical machines and treadmills. Also, water and towels. Parking: Free and plentiful. Customer service: Excellent. Amil checked us in and was helpful and professional. Kim, from housekeeping, assisted us a few times and was lovely and a pleasure to interact with. Tiarra who checked us out was fantastic as well. The remainder of staff were very friendly. You can tell they are told to go above and beyond for guests All in all a good place to stay if you're looking for free breakfast and parking along with great customer service and a clean room. Be aware of the noise if you are on the main street, however. It's the only reason I'm dropping a star.

Gift bag with snacks and laundry items, kind note from staff attached.

During my stay, I went to use the laundry machines made available during my stay. I realized I needed quarters to utilize the washer and dryer, and went to the front desk for change and detergent. The staff was kind enough to provide detergent at no cost, but unfortunately they were out of quarters at the time. I said no problem and left for the gas station conveniently next door to retrieve quarters. Upon returning to the hotel, not only did the staff greet me, but they also presented me with a gift bag, with my detergent and with snacks! Attached was a note from Tiara and Courtney from the front desk. "Dear valued guest, we apologize for the inconvenience, we hope you enjoy some free snacks and gifts inside." The kind gesture is extremely appreciated and shows how above and beyond the staff will go for their customers. Thank you Tiara and Courtney for making my stay feel special and welcome!

Clean hallways and modern feel

Clean, friendly and well located with all the right stuff... free breakfast/fast internet/pool. Would have been five stars except for a pretty high nightly cost. We stayed here for a week over Christmas as it was close to our family''a house in painted desert. Perfect location right off the freeway and incredibly good soundproofing. Our standard room, maybe slightly larger than typical, was quiet even located next to the elevator. It was clean with good mattresses and lots of plugs on the nightstands. The free breakfast was simple but good (eggs and sausage/bacon) with decent coffee. The staff are well trained and wonderfully helpful with everything. Too bad housekeeping was sporadic during our stay. Though it was too cold to use the pool that's a nice feature for summer visits. The place isn't huge and parking is super simple. We will be back.

Really nice stay. We got to stay here the first night it was open so that was a special treat. WONDERFUL staff and delicious breakfast. Special thanks to Wes, Ernesto and Jennifer. very stylish hotel. The rooms are spacious, the gym is a good size and there's even a pool.

Welcome to the hotel

A nice hotel way off the beaten path for a traveler like myself (34.00usd Uber from airport). The hotel was clean the room was large and the staff was welcoming. I will give points this hotel had the rate I was looking for while all other hotels in the area were well over 200 dollars (Once again most likely based on proximity). There were food options near and while I did not use the gym it was passable.

Front desk personnel, Billie hard at work.

Great place to stay if you're in the construction business. The parking lot is safe and the rooms are clean. Billie was awesome in welcoming us and accommodating us with the utmost respect.

Easy access to the interstate. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfasts are average to slightly above average for hotel breakfast.

I've stayed at M Resort more times than I remember, including when the Chiefs played in the Super Bowl in Las Vegas. M Resort and Kansas City's Argosy Casino share a rewards program. I've used food and casino offers at both properties, which gives me another reason to return. Check your offer details for eligible locations. I keep returning because I prefer staying away from the Strip. M Resort sits off Las Vegas Boulevard in Henderson, miles from the crowds. The airport shuttle is another perk. Schedule your ride in advance. The pool area hosts concerts with some great musical guests. Through the rewards program, I've also received offers for free tickets. For me, M Resort offers everything I want: views, warm weather, good food, a pool for relaxing, and a spacious room. My preference is the West Tower. I've seen the newer East Tower rooms. They're nice, but they give more Holiday Inn vibes compared with the experience I enjoy in the West Tower. The biggest difference is space. The West Tower rooms have deep soaking tubs, TV monitors in the bathroom mirrors, double vanities, separate showers, and enclosed toilet areas. They feel significantly larger than the newer rooms. The bathroom setup is a big reason I keep coming back! I've enjoyed the restaurants throughout the resort. There's enough variety to suit different tastes and budgets. The casino is clean and always active, too. M Resort has consistently delivered great stays for me. I recommend the West Tower if you want the spacious room and bathroom amenities described above. Choose the East Tower if those features matter less to you and you still want the resort perks. Chiefs gear encouraged for my Kansas City folks!

The robes are so cozy I could honestly live in them! This is one of the few Vegas properties where I feel like I could happily spend an entire day just relaxing in my room. The entire property is beautiful and feels so high-end. I'm not much of a gambler, but even the casino floor looked clean and well maintained. Service is always amazing and check-in was seamless. There's also great shopping and dining on site! Heide at Cartier is so sweet, and Mother Wolf is an amazing restaurant with incredible food and service. I honestly feel like Fontainebleau is underrated, and I always love coming back. Parking is easy too and I've always been able to find a spot without any issues. If possible ask the front desk for a strip view/view of the Sphere. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a Vegas staycation!

It's one of the new hotels a bit off strip next to Las Vegas convention center. We stayed here for a weekend for an F1 event and hubby's annual retreat with his old friends. What I liked the most was the size and layout of this hotel. It's on the smaller side with many restaurants, bars, lounges and shops tucked in. Also spa, fitness center, private poodle room lounge, guest pool and Liv theater, beach / night club. It's small but it has everything to enjoy and relax in. I find it quieter than most hotels we have stayed in vegas. Minimum walking distances to places. My feet weren't hurt from this vegas trip and that's a first! Our poolside one bedroom suite was spacious and functional. Two full bathrooms were very convenient for hubby and I. I took the main bath cause I needed the vanity table and big tub. Pool views were nice and I was glad it wasn't noisy at all. They put the beach club on the other side and it was very considerate for hotel guests. Restaurant collection was amazing, lounges had live music and very entertaining. The services we have received were one of the best in vegas! I was genuinely impressed and I am very picky when it comes to hospitality. Everybody was so pleasant and helpful everywhere we went. I really liked the modern contemporary and mid century retro style of this hotel as well. We had a very positive experience and will definitely come back to stay in the future!

The pillows are soft, the mattress feels like a cloud and the products are really nice and plush. It's no wonder so many people want to stay here. Service overall was good. Our front desk agent Gerard was a highlight. Really friendly and helpful in understanding our benefits we got with our room. Also gave us some recommendations for place to go and try as well. However, we had issues in service among other places in the property, notably the bell desk. We did have about a 2 hour delay before our room was ready so we dropped our stuff with the bell desk. The setup is weird, there is an inside person and people outside. It seems like everything goes through the outside people, we could only drop our stuff with them and pick our stuff up at checkout, we have no idea what the inside guy did except to direct us outside. Also, by the time our room was ready, we couldn't even pick up the stuff at the bell desk, only delivered to the room. It said it would take 15 minutes but we had to call and because it was "so busy" we had to wait almost an hour for it. The massive sprawling casino has a lot of games to play and a lot of different venues for everyone. Minimums are high for table games (as expected) but there is still something for everyone to play. Cocktail service was slow at times, but Sandra was friendly and quick as well as made some delicious cocktails. Overall, it really is a nice property with some great stuff. But it does feel like it doesn't know how to properly control crowds and leaving you like you were truly at a 5 star resort.

There's a separate check-in area for The Reserve which I really liked. It was not crowded at all. Upon checkin, they gave me a coconut macaroon which was amazing! I did like that special touch. There are separate elevators going to the Reserve Rooms. However, it is still shared with some of the upper floors from Park MGM. I know that other hotels on the strip have separate elevators exclusively for separate parts of the hotel. I really enjoyed my Atelier room. It was a little bit larger than the standard room. The distinguishing factor about this room is really the bathtub in the room. However, the bathtub itself seems to be a liability for the hotel. I have to say that someone can easily slip and fall in the bathtub. Use extreme caution when using the bathtub. I loved the European french decor. The toilet was a little far away from the bed, but I suppose that is good if you are traveling with somone so when they went to the restroom, it would be less noticable (more privacy, less noise). Since they are hardwood floors, I can hear chairs being moved around from the rooms above me during my stay. I was a little bit irked. Other than that, my stay was quite enjoyable at The Reserve.

However, for those of us who come to Vegas often, staying at those hotels often means higher prices and headaches with navigating around the busy traffic. Having stayed at most of the larger hotels (The Luxor, The Bellagio, Encore at Wynn, Park MGM etc) I've had my fill of the dazzling lights and boisterous crowds. I do recommend you try these hotels at least a few times to truly soak in the bustle of Las Vegas night life. For me, I prefer to stay adjacent to, but not within, The Strip. This way, I can have some comfort in a quieter setting and can call an uber at any moment to meet friends along The Strip. This was the reason I chose Nirvana Hotel. Situated right next to The Luxor and The Mandalay Bay, it is both affordable and close to the attractions I come to Vegas for. The exterior is a bit off-putting at first. You aren't greeted with the pristine fountained welcome that you expect from Vegas--the wonderful precession of marble floors, the lush green plants, the ornate chandeliers. The main check-in station is inside the souvenir shop which resembles that of a run down gas station. Service is quick and the check-in process is painless. Their doors all use numbers so you don't have to worry about misplacing your card. Just don't get so drunk you forget! The room itself is very humble: queen bed, LG tv, two night stands, a small fridge, and a walk-in shower. Clean, organized, and arranged professionally. I will definitely stay here again.
