Very nice place to stay when visiting the Easton area. Check in was seamless and the front desk staff was extremely friendly. Very modern inside and super clean. Rooms are comfortable and bathroom pretty large . The free breakfast was great , something for everyone even gluten free options. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for this area . Walmart and many restaurants are close by, quick 5 minute drive . read more

We like the Fairfield Inn & Suites off US-50 at the north end of Easton. There's plenty of free on-site parking. As usual, the staff was efficient and welcoming. They always have some bright seasonal decorations at the entry and in the lobby, this time a 7-foot holiday bear and a lit-up decorated tree. They reserved us a room facing sunrise, the way we like. The room was sparkling clean. The pool was clean and warm. Breakfast was hot and tasty and ready on-time. We always look at the Easton Fairfield first when we're visiting here. read more

This hotel is everything, a Marriott property ought to be. The beds were very comfortable under the lovely white comforters. And the design of the bathroom is clean and crisp with a full length glass shower door. The complementary breakfast had a variety from eggs to waffles, and it was presented in a very sanitary way. We will be going to more Fairfields in the future. Actually, it was nicer than some of the Marriotts we've visited! read more

I normally would excuse poor customer service that I received from a vendor as we all have bad days, however last night I just stayed here as I'm a titanium member who has been always loyal to Marriott properties when traveling. I have to share my terrible experience on social media hoping they address the problem and fix it moving forward for future guests. After having dinner with a friend at a five star restaurant I needed to get an Uber/Lyft/ cab back to the hotel and contacted the front desk associate after waiting for a driver for almost an hour as no cars were available! When the agent and I conversed and I explained my situation he chuckled and said good luck and hung up the phone. This awful experience could have been avoided if he could have empathized with me and given me alternatives which I know are available as I learned today from the awesome lady Nicola. read more

We were so pleasantly surprised at this Marriott. We were efficiently and warmly welcomed by Mitzi and Jason at the front desk. Mitzi was extremely helpful with local area tips. The place was immaculate. We had a small issue with our bedding which was addressed promptly and Becca, unbeknownst to me until we got home, had issued a credit to our rate. This was unexpected but appreciated. The breakfast buffet was adequate and nothing out of the ordinary but maintained very well by a lovely lady whose name I forgot to ask. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place close to the center of Easton. read more

This is probably one of the nicer Fairfield Inn& Suites I've ever stayed in. It seems to have been renovated recently which is really refreshing. Sometimes when I travel for work, there aren't many lodging options so I was glad when I came across this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've stayed here several times, so I have a robust perspective of this hotel. A few things to know: 1. Conveniently located. There are a few restaurants across the parking lot (walkable), but save your coins for Rise Up coffee in Easton (a short drive). 2. I didn't use the gym, but looking through the window, everything looked shiny and new. 3. The breakfast is better than expected (pro tip, turn the heat up on the conveyor belt toaster for faster browning). 4. Ask for a room away from the dumpsters unless you don't mind a 5AM tremendous shock waking you from a sound slumber. This Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites was a good place to stop on our way to Ocean City. We had a pleasant rest here for just for one night. I recommend this place. Pros -newer motel built in 2015 so it was still nice -room was modern so felt clean and fresh -beds and pillows were very comfy -had an American flag blowing in the wind outside our window in the front of the hotel -internet included in price -plenty of free parking -Staff was friendly -indoor pool good for kids -and if you like these places, they are in the parking lot: Olive Garden, Applebees, Panera, Chipotle -hot/cold breakfast included Cons None! read more

This hotel has everything you need. The staff are outstanding. The rooms are so nice. The comfort. The peace. The time away. The accommodations. Should we have wanted to, we could have eaten very close to the hotel at chain restaurants. All of which I like, but because we were on the Eastern Shore we went into Saint Michaels and had a lovely lunch and dinner. We had a great breakfast in Easton. This was a great getaway. We all really needed this in the midst of a pandemic. Very safe. Very sound. So good! read more

The reviews and pictures do not lie! It holds to the Marriott standards. Right when you walk it- you get greeted by the staff and there is a refreshing mint and lime water stand :) I stayed here for a business trip and the service and amenities are amazing!!! The staff are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. On one of the days I checked out, the staff was giving away sunflowers to guests! :) It was a sweet gesture. The beds are extremely comfortable - and no BED BUGS! Breakfast is complete with cereal, breads, waffle, eggs, and some sort of meat (sausage or bacon)! First Marriott I've stayed that offered bacon for breakfast. Coffees and juices. Yogurt. I can't wait to come back here for my next business trip! read more

A major problem. Outlets on bedside stands cut out every 30-60 minutes, so phone chargers blink out and phones flash and beep. More problematic, my CPAP machine cuts out. Just called the front desk. Was told this is a "new initiative by corporate " to save money by putting a motion sensor somewhere in the room to cut off bedside lights if there're left on over 30 minutes. He attempted to call his manager. Working on another solution by attempting to use another outlet. I've informed front desk that if this doesn't work we'll need to leave. He reiterated that this was a "new initiative " and they had received prior complaints, but NOWHERE in the room or in person is there ANY information warning the client of this potentially dangerous situation. I will not stay at ANY Fairfield Inn who has implemented this change! read more

I just want to say all because of this individual name Waitman Vanorsdale supposedly he's a general manager this devil person whatever you want to call it slash him his name again is Waitman Vanorsdale I was staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites like 3days ago me and my fiance purchase a room for 3 to 4 days in the beginning everyone was so nice to us respectful courteous until I met this one individual when I was parked in the parking lot minding my own business this man name Waitman Vanorsdale came over to my vehicle aggressively pulled next to me so I wouldn't be able to go around him and was harassing me like he was a police asking you why is I'm here when I'm doing here do I have a room what's my room number he act like he had a gun on him made me feel so uncomfortable interrogating me then told me if I didn't tell him my room number he was going to evict me I asked him was he a police because he act like he had a gun like he was going to shoot me I am an African American male I felt like you was acting very Prejudice and belligerent towards me so I had to defend myself verbally asked him was he a police asked him was he security for this hotel you wouldn't answer none of my questions and wanted me to blankly answer his then he got pissed off and I finally got away from him then he followed me aggressively and told me that I was evicted I feel like this man is very Prejudice towards black people and don't want black people in his hotel I feel like I was used and abused for my money and I feel the need something needs to be done about this individual and this is not over because I need Justice from this hotel I never in my life been through nothing like this and it saddens me how people are now in days when it comes to race granted I got a little bit of my money back but I didn't get my money back for the last 3 days that I stayed there if I can write this or no star I would I wouldn't even give this hotel a one-star because of what I've been through with this Caucasian male that supposedly a general manager everyone if you have any questions please inbox me I will answer all questions because this is ridiculous and my wife going to leave her comments about the situation too I feel like crap right now I feel like I'm not even supposed to be an African American male I feel like I can't go nowhere and it really saddens me read more

Stayed for 4 nights while visiting family! The hotel is very clean, rooms comfortable and the staff is VERY friendly!! We loved the decor that is well suited to the area. The continental breakfast had lots of options and slightly different each day. You can sit outside at patio tables, swim in the pool or work out in the fitness center if you have spare time. The pool is a bit small but we were the only ones using it so it didn't matter. The location is also very convenient. I don't have anything negative to say and truly enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely stay again during our next family visit. read more

What a wonderful hotel. It seemed very new and was clean with friendly and helpful staff. The workout room was very nice and fresh fruit for after workout. Also coffee bar and infused water with clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast bar was an added bonus with a great selection of foods for every taste. The location was convenient on Rt 50 in Easton, but far enough off road to keep it nice and quiet. There was shopping near by and a good choice of restaurants within a very short distance. I will keep this hotel in mind for my next trip to the eastern shore. Well done! read more

A great little place in Easton. It appears to be the newest kid on the block, and is quiet and clean, with a great workout room and indoor pool. There are several restaurants nearby, including a couple you can walk to. As noted by others, the staff is top notch, and the breakfast, while not extensive, has more than enough variety and food to keep everyone full and happy. Rashaan, at the front desk, was super nice and helped us out with a couple of minor issues. I highly recommend this hotel! read more

Awesome!! On a trip from CO to MD to play in a softball tourney, our team got side railed by another motel chain. At the last minute on a Sunday the manager took us all in, about 15 rooms, for a week stay. Outstanding service from everybody who works there!!! Clean, Friendly, Knowledgable and Fun.
