Pay her $10 for the unsecured, underground parking and watch your stuff disappear. Saw a Lotta broken glass.

Beware, this is downtown Bremerton If you enjoy having homeless people walk around in the downstairs parking lot to your lock car enjoy this place but beware. You will pay $10 to park in the unsecured parking lot but be sure to read the warning sign at the elevator claiming they are not responsible for damage. We did see you about four car parking spots with broken window glass on the ground. The rooms here are about the size of a closet in bathroom put together rather small so don't expect much and you'll like this place

Shower was cool, and big.. crazy hot water +1

Had a great deal with my marriot card, and while attending a wedding cashed in some points. A very solid hotel for the points needed to stay here! Staff was amazing, they let me check in early at 1pm, and super late check out at 3pm (wedding didnt want to cruise town in a full suit in summer). Room was clean and nice, ammenities in the room were basic, nothing amazing, nothing ghetto. Tv, bed, nice shower (hottt water), microwave and fridge. Breakfast was pretty good, filled up on fruit and hardboiled eggs. They had some good toppings for their omlets (eggs were that fast food type... but good in a burgerking was lol) waffles loomed good and they had lots of toppings for them and the eggs and omlets. For a free breakfast it gets 5 stars. Gym was small, but had free weights and a bench... thats better than nothing. Pool was garbage and like the size of a large bath tub... no lie. Amazing room viee of the water, great location, and a great place to visit.

Muffins, bagels, English muffins, variety of cereal, juice machine, milk, yogurt, and oatmeal bar.

I enjoyed my stay here. I stay at a lot of Marriott hotels and I this isn't bad. Staff: nice and friendly. Parking: self parking in a gated garage. You will need your key, so don't lose it lol Room: cleanliness is okay. There were ear plugs on one of the counters so I was like meh okay. I didn't go searching for anything or I didn't stumble on anything that was left from previous people. I like the large mirror in the bathroom and the full body length mirror outside. I liked that the shower wasn't clogged. That's a big no no for me. I'm still sad I got an older version of the room, since the bathroom wasn't the glass one. Which is fine I suppose. Comp breakfast: decent with a good variety. Waffle makers seems like standard which I like. Love the fresh fruits though. Overall: my stay did not disappoint and I will come again. Recommend: yes.

    Good set of dumbbells

I think the walls are made of paper mache. I had to listen to this dude in the next room talk THE WHOLE NIGHT. OMG. The gym is good though: - 2 treads - elliptical - stationary bike - full set of dumbbells - adjustable bench The front desk staff is really nice, though, and it is walking distance from a lot of restaurants. I hate the underground parking (and you HAVE to park in their garage because there is no overnight parking on the street), and the fact that there's no automatic door coming from the garage to get to the elevator. So somehow I'm supposed to balance all my luggage, swipe my hotel key and THEN open the door for myself?? #firstworldproblems, I know. But still. I've stayed in too many of these hotels to know that they are capable of installing an automatic door.

We were here for a weekend with family for a trip on the ferry to Seattle. We had issues checking in but employees went out of their way to apologize and try to make it right. The employees at this hotel are fantastic, amazing and just great. Everything was clean, WIFI excellent and free breakfast amazing. Other than a difficult check-in our only other complaint were the individuals in the room above us. I swear they allowed their kids to jump on and off the furniture. However, with a call to the front desk each evening, it calmed down. The carpet was in traditional Seattle Seahawk colors. We got a kick out of that . I understand in major cities there is a fee for parking. However, Bremerton is not a major city. I think the hotel should offer free parking for guests. We would most definitely return! The location is great with an easy walk to the ferry, the Wharf and restaurants. So, I finished this review and noticed Yelp has added a question at the bottom. Are their pokestops nearby? I got a kick out of that but YES there are numerous pokestops close to this hotel!!

    Bed Bugs
    Kyle S.

I don't review often but I do believe you should know what you're getting into. I stayed here for 2 days and the first day I got there to the sink looked horrible, after that I noticed no towels were provided. I was willing to give that a pass at first seeing as the front desk was very apologetic and took care of the situation quickly. The next day when I came back to my room I noticed what you'll see located in the picture below. Yep thats exactly what it looks like, bed bugs. I went downstairs in the calmest matter possible even though I was livid that I had slept in that bed the night before. I was told the general manager would talk to me the next day to which he told me that the exterminator would be looking into it. They really didnt seem to care that I had just slept on bed bugs and they told me the exterminator did not find anything even though there were several when I was there. Who knows maybe I killed them all, but regardless I received a what seemed to me a very uncaring apology and tried to make me pay for and EXTRA DAY THAT I DID NOT BOOK!!! I checked out on time as well on the 20th but they seriously tried screwing me over and told me I did not find bed bugs!!!!! FOREAL? I EVEN SHOWED THEM THE TIME STAMPED PHOTO!!!!Stay away, your money would be better spent at a 2 star hotel!!!!!

Went to use the vending machine and it did not dispense my soda nor did it give my money back. Went to front desk and they did not reimburse for this and told me to call the company. Called company and they will not reimburse me. Just wondering how often this happens. My friend owns the Best Western in Spokane and I can tell you she would have reimbursed no problem! Bad customer service as far as I am concerned.

Based on the reviews they just went through a big renovation and deserve a good review. The current reviews are not so good but we had a great time there. The best part of the hotel is their service! Each and every employee greets you when they see you and are very friendly and helpful. An extra shoutout to Trevor front desk for helping us out with food recommendations and some reservation issues, checking to see how our stay was going and fun conversations! Another shoutout to Christina for the awesome breakfast service and always asking how our days were going! Location is right down the street a few minutes walk from the Ferry Terminals (state DoT ferry - 1 hr and fast passenger ferry 35 min available). It was also located steps away from the Kitsap conference center that our training was. Also a few minutes away from the Puget sound naval shipyard. Free Breakfast included starts at 6 am, bread, bagels, muffins, juices, cream cheese, peanut butter, cereals, milk, fresh fruits. Hot breakfasts included eggs, sausages, bacon, biscuits and gravy, seasoned potatoes, waffles - vanilla, cinnamon, s'mores, toppings - strawberry and blueberry whipped cream butter, sprinkles, heath pieces, hot oatmeal with brown sugar, almonds, raisins. 24/7 available in the lobby, they have coffee, decaf coffee, tea (hot water) and tea bags, hot chocolate. Ice water and lemon ice water available 24/7 by the check in counter which also has a microwave and little store to buy things you may have forgotten or snacks and fast frozen meals Each room has a refrigerator and microwave, luggage stand, iron, ironing board, tv. The bed was a little squeaky but was fine to sleep on still very comfortable. Parking available under the hotel and is shared with the restaurant, Anthony's so sometimes it may be hard to get parking if you come back too late, but every time we needed parking we were able to find parking. $15 a day for registered guests. Definitely would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

The hotel has a large lobby with plenty of luggage carts for transporting baggage to rooms. The hotel is located on the Dyes Inlet, off the Puget Sound, on the Kitsap Penninsula in Silverdale. There are lots of shopping, dining, and tourist activities in the surrounding area. I absolutely love the waterfront views from this hotel, as well as the lovely pebble beach covered in driftwood. There are several paths for relaxing strolls along the beach, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sunset. The hotel offers a swimming pool and hot tub, however the pool was a bit cool the last few times I visited in the winter. Perhaps it will be a bit more enjoyable for peak summer visits - when a cold dip in the pool is most refreshing. The hotel offers complimentary bowls of soup in the evening, which is always a welcome surprise.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a beautiful view from the balcony, which made the stay even more relaxing. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was also very easy, with plenty of spots and convenient access even for larger vehicles. One of the highlights was the included breakfast. It is buffet style with plenty of options. The coffee selection was surprisingly good, with different types of beans and flavors, along with a nice variety of teas. I really appreciated that they serve real eggs instead of the typical premade ones you often find at hotels, which made a big difference for me. Not forget to mention the wonderful Hawaiian lady in the restaurant. She is amazing and so sweet. My daughters and I just love her!! The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is the pool area. It feels a bit outdated, the pool was not as clean as expected, and it is on the smaller side. The towels provided for the pool are also quite small. Since I usually choose hotels with nice pool areas for my daughters, this part was a bit disappointing. That said, I still recommend this place and would definitely come back again.

For much of the first day all roads in and out of the area were inaccessible due to downed trees and power lines. When one road opened up, we had to drive to an area with internet access to book a hotel stay. This hotel was the closest to Seattle with power and availability. Ninety minutes for heat and electricity. You betcha I booked. The parking lot is right off a busy road. There is a large sign at the entrance. Even so, in the dark, it took some concentration to be sure we had it right first time. The lobby is large, brightly lit with shiny floors and modern chandeliers. A couch grouping is just inside the entrance. Reception is on the left near the back. Breakfast buffet is across the lobby on the right. A large representation of what I believe to be Mt. Rainier takes up a lot of space between reception and the breakfast area. Down a few steps, along the back, tables and chairs for breakfast line a window wall. One TV near reception faces the entrance and is not visible from the tables during breakfast. We started with a two night reservation and as the hotel had space, allowed us to add a day at a time as long as we extended before check-out. The staff were very friendly and understanding of our fluid situation. The hotel is four levels. Reception is on level 3, which is ground level on this side of the hotel. It is also quite long with several entrances and elevator banks. We were directed to drive down to the fourth entrance to park. Elevators are across the hall from the entrance. We only went up one floor to the fourth level to reach our room. I never did get down to the first and second level, but understand guest laundry is on the second level near these elevators. Two fifty per wash and two fifty per dry cycle. Breakfast is included with the room price. We were given a slip of paper for each person on the reservation, for each day of our stay. The slips are dated and handed to the breakfast hostess before helping ourselves to the buffet. The woman on duty during our stay is a delight. She kept busy restocking, cleaning, helping guests and made time for a chat if guest initiated. Breakfast included sausage gravy and biscuits, plus reconstituted scrambled eggs. Rotating items included bacon, sausage, breakfast potatos and french toast sticks. They have a 'make your own' waffle station with syrup and add ons. The toaster area included small bagels, english muffins and breads, along with a few pastries and muffins. Packets of butter, margerine, peanut butter, and other things you might like are also here. Jelly is on the table. A small fridge had cream cheese and yogurts. A variety of cold cereals and milk had it's own section. Another area offered coffee, decaf coffee and hot water with teas and cocoa. This was set up next to a juice machine with three types of juice plus flavored water. Fresh fruit was also available. A pretty nice breakfast. We reserved a King suite which is one large room with a knee wall between the bed and sleep sofa. The area near the door contained a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and ice bucket across from the closet. There is no luggage rack in the closet and none in the room which was inconvenient. A full bath is off this tiny hall. The furnishings were in good condition. The bathroom was clean. Multi-use amenities are mounted on the bathroom wall. The room heater sounded like a plane taking off when it ran. There is a small balcony and sliding glass doors on the exterior wall covered by both sheers and black-out curtains. Additional parking is located on the other side of the building at level 1, but the lot we parked in was more than sufficient for the guests in house. We were able to walk from our room at the far end of the building to the lobby each morning for breakfast on the inside of the building. I did see an ice machine near one of the entrances during our journy. Some of the fire doors were closed but unlocked. An exercise room is located off the lobby, behind the breakfast room (not through the breakfast room, around, behind it). Although there are lots of eateries nearby we did not find one we enjoyed. This hotel is conveniently near the Naval Station. I did let the front desk know at check out about a couple of minor maintenance issues that need attention. My family and I stayed at Oyster Bay Inn earlier this month for a one-night stay. Upon check-in, we immediately noticed the AC unit in our room was not working properly. We did not raise a complaint at the time, as we are generally easygoing and were only staying briefly. The issue occurred after checkout when we were unfairly questioned regarding damages and our $100 incidental deposit was withheld. We were told the charges were for two "dirty hand towels" and, even more concerning, that we were being held responsible for a supposedly broken AC unit. I spoke directly with the manager, Kate, and found her to be highly unprofessional and unwilling to resolve the matter or return our deposit. To be clear, we are being charged for two hand towels, and also being blamed for an AC unit that was already not functioning properly upon arrival. I also do not understand how a property can reasonably or legally prove that an AC unit malfunction was caused by a guest during a one-night stay, especially when the issue was present at check-in. Overall, the lack of professionalism and the way this situation was handled left a very negative impression. I strongly caution others to document everything thoroughly if you choose to stay here, particularly when it comes to deposits and alleged damages. I would highly advise avoiding this property, and I will be sharing this experience on other review platforms as well.
