The food court has such a good variety of cuisines which alone is worth the trip there. Decorations are always beautiful. They have interesting community events, such as live music, contests, and Christmas tree lighting. The directories are very helpful. The movie theater is convenient. You can exercise there in the mornings. The bathrooms are usually clean. The best times to go there are usually on the week days or early Sunday morning.

However, on a recent trip coming back home, I made my way here to kill some time as I had the day off from work. First things first, what a nightmare to find a parking spot and to not get run over by traversing the parking area. I thought I had gone the wrong way at one point to find a spot. And when I did find a spot I was confused and thought I had to pay to park. I wish it were just easily marked on where to go here. Once parked, I found my way inside and just meandered around the space. Popping in an out of stores as I saw appealing. They really do have a ton of selections here. Huge amount of time can be lost here if you are on a time crunch. I was in no rush, so I wandered around until I had my fill of the space. My suggestion to you. Come early in the morning, you will definitely be able to get in and out of each store you need to with ample time. Less hassle in the parking lot. And less hassle walking between stores. Or, if you are up for it, travel here by Metro.

Also am happy Halal Guys and Tropical Smoothie are on the location. If at Halal my recommendation is one to two hot stripes maximum. Other stores include Giant, Comic books, and a few dining options. It has Giant Food as a major anchor and several smaller anchors like U Mall Theatres and Brion's Grill. U Mall is right across the street from a large university which is awesome for the students. There are shops that include: Peachwave, Taco Bamba, Gathering Grounds coffee, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Fat Tuesdays, McAllister's Deli, Oh George Taps and Tables, and other restaurants and places like a comic book shop, and a karate studio. Some shops are on the main level and some are around back on the lower level. There are stairs at the end to go downstairs. There is a wing restaurant in the parking lot in an old bank building. There are also several fast food joints. My only complaint about U Mall is the parking for the upper level and the ease of getting out which is hard since this place is on the corner of two very busy roads and a very busy intersection. There is only one light to exit with. The other exits have you going in only one direction with No U-Turn signs so have a backup way to get home!

We typically go to Banh Mi Oi which is our favorite spot for Banh Mi but never explored the Eden Center on the other side. If you decide to go over the weekend then be prepared for trying to find parking. It is madness. Not enough parking spots. You'll have to play parking wars and some of the spots were taken by some of the tents for outdoor seating but once you get past that it can be a little wild. Lots of people and so many food options. They have restaurants along the outside and even some hidden ones inside some of the entrances of the indoor corridor. I would suggest probably researching first based off options and where to eat. There's plenty of dessert, bakeries, and even some small markets. There's an Asian grocery store that's almost like an H-Mart which has a wide variety of Asian groceries, snacks, and food. We went to one restaurant that was pretty good and the wife got Ban Bo Hue and I had the grilled pork. It was decent and there were a lot of people waiting in line. Only thing is you could only pay cash. They have an ATM around the corner but have a service charge of like $8 from what I can remember. I would recommend this place if you love Vietnamese food. I would love to go back to explore some of the other places we didn't get to see.
