Shortly after the inspection I received a formal report stating exactly what needed to be done and for how much. The costs were a little less than the usual and that was great news. Mario Guerra is NOT a man of his word & his associate Enrique did not finish the job hired to do in order to attempt to sell me on their more expensive water jetting service. I had to call a real rooter with the proper and honest rooting experience to get the job done. I called Mario back on his word of a man to refund me if my rooter guy was able to finish their unfinished work. Mario immediately started with all the obstacles to avoid a refund, said he wanted proof, I understand sure no problem, I asked him to bring his camera and see for himself that the pipes are now free and clear of any roots. Then he wanted a receipt from the rooter who accomplished what they could not, I understand not problem, I called my rooter back and asked for a receipt for his work that morning and sent it to Mario. Finally after all his demands and left with no reason to fall back on his word of a man to refund my money as he promised, he just ignored my phone calls and my messages. I've attached a copy of the plumber's receipt that finished the job with no problem! **UPDATE*** Mario Guerra has tried to remove this post in an effort to hide his deceiving tactics from being EXPOSED. This review was posted yesterday, and right after posting it Mario decides to call me immediately. He was very unprofessional this time accusing me of lying and wanted to know how I got a receipt, I told him I had to call the Plumber back and ask him to provide me with one for his services, which the plumber immediately sent me via email. Mario then continued calling me a liar that no such email exists and claimed I made the receipt, I forwarded the email to him which has a time stamp. Then Mario offers to refund me but placed an ultimatum along with his offer. He said if my pipes were not clear I would have to give him $200., I counter-offered with putting $500 both ways, to him if my drain is clogged and to me when he sees my drain unclogged. He declined and went back to accusing me of making up the receipt and asked that I remove the review, when I told him I would not remove it he hung up and went to yelp for help in removing the review. Because I posted the same review on both his yelp pages it was removed due to it being duplicated. Clearly the guy has trust issues with his customers, I'm sure customers have tried to con him which explains his paranoia, but it's very obvious I'm not that guy. This would've never got to this but Mario set himself up for a challenge when he said : "If your drain guy unclogged what I couldn't, I would refund you $100" (see screenshot below). I don't care for receipts, I care for the job being done for what they are being paid to do. The results speak for themselves, Guerra Plumbing came to a clogged sewage drain, left me with a clogged sewage drain and a quote for hydro jetting and a quote for pipe bursting trench-less method. Rob White came to a clogged drain and left me with a cleared drain. Again the results speak for themselves and the rest is all talk! LET THIS BE A WARNING & CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!

This time our hot water heater broke and we were stuck without water. We called another plumber and they came by, told us it was too complicated and then left. When I called Garcia Plumbing they came right away and we had hot water that night' they fixed the problem in a timely manner and for an affordable price. They gave a better price than other competitor. Complaining that plumbers are an hour late is just stupid. Not too hard to figure that out. He STARTED by deciding he could get away with charging $325 and then justified it by claiming 1 1/2 hours. Divide 325 by 1.5 and you get 216.6666667. Totally bogus. 2 emails to Bracy during the week went unanswered. My advice:: STAY AWAY FROM BRACY PLUMBING. Actual rating: ZERO STARS.
