I contacted the company through Etsy multiple times and the seller just did not respond. They realized it had exceeded the 100 days to file a claim or enter an Etsy review. I was out the money with no recourse. This is a shifty business with defective quality and no sense of doing the right thing for the customer. By the time the plants are found to be failing it is too late to file a claim, give an Etsy seller's review, or get a refund for defective products.

One tree died and when I called I was reminded that his warranty was 50% credit of the original plant PLUS a 30% planting fee (based on original price *** not 1/2 price of new plant).. therefore to replace my original tree ($149 + 60% planting = $238.40)... my replacement cost me ($149 -$74.50 +44.70 = $119.20).... I have ANOTHER dead pine in my yard that was planted 4/1/16. I am going to call Outdoor Garden Emporium to get a replacement. Now I won't get the same "credit" but I will get 100% replacement (including planting) if it dies within a year.

We chose Chesterfield Valley Nursery for the job, and it was the best decision we could've made. Colten Graves, their Landscape Designer & Irrigation Supervisor, was absolutely phenomenal. From the beginning, he treated our yard like it was his own. He was on-site daily, sometimes more than once, and communicated consistently, professionally, and with care. His knowledge is second to none, plants, trees, rock, grading, drainage, design. You name it, Colten handled it with precision. When he said the crew would arrive at a certain time, they did. And the respect the team showed for our property was outstanding. One crew member even removed his muddy boots before walking across our white patio steps. I've never seen that level of care before. Yes, the pricing is on the higher end, but the white-glove service and final result more than justified the cost. Our backyard is now a beautiful, functional space that we love. We'll be hiring Colten again next year for the front yard and recommending him to everyone we know. A guy called/texted for my address and came out to give an estimate. All was going well, I thought, til he texted the following day to say it was "too far into the city." I would have expected someone along the way to take that into consideration especially before physically driving to my house. I live by the UMSL St. Louis campus and their website says they serve St. Louis. Seems like their website could use updating about which specific areas should bother inquiring.
