There are quite a few people recommended this shop either know the owners and too have had work done here. I trusted the recommendation to have a solenoid valve replaced here called last week to get parts ordered and scheduled in bcos I live up north but work in San Diego. I filled out scheduling a visit that got no response. So I decided to give them a call as I've spoken to Monica and she is the one that does all paperwork and order parts. She said she'd get quotes and call me back. A few days went by no response, so I call again. I'm working on it, I'll call you back. Today is a new week and still no response. It's shocking when I tell people who recommended me, what I've began to go through and their responses were to contact the Dunns because that's not how they do business. I have yet to do that but I'm considering the suggestion. I can't seem to understand why Monica's behavior has changed this way towards helping that shop earn business. Btw I also left a voice message and still no response. I'd honestly like to know is it because my skin color don't fit or is there something I'm missing? I called about a week and a half ago, around June 1st, to schedule a transmission service for my car. This shop was recommended to me by a family member and this shop did rebuild the transmission for my car about 8 months ago, so I figured I would give them repeat business. When I called, I asked to make an appointment for a Saturday morning and made it abundantly clear that I wanted to make sure someone would be at the shop because I was driving from over 30 miles away. They assured me a Saturday morning appointment would work. Well, Saturday the 10th rolls around. I wake up at 6:00am on my day off to make sure I get through caring for all the animals on the property and leave with enough time as to not keep the shop waiting. I show up exactly at 9am at the the shop, and nobody is there. I called the number I could find for the shop, and the lady that answered let me know she was "really sorry and forgot to cancel [my] appointment, but I did cancel all the other appointments I had on the calendar today." REALLY?! You remembered to call everyone you had scheduled EXCEPT for me, the one who was probably driving from the furthest distance?! AFTER I made that clear when I set the appointment?! Your apology did not put fuel in our vehicles, nor did it get back the hour and a half we spent driving, nor did it negate the fact that I had to wake up at the crack of dawn on my day off to accommodate YOUR weekend schedule. I will never give this shop my business again, nor will I ever recommend them. Their property looks like a junkyard, to boot. I may pay a little more elsewhere, but I'll get the service I expect (which is the bare minimum for customer service. I don't ask for a lot).

They diagnosed it quickly and informed me it was actually the rear differential. They were so nice and showed me the part that was causing all the problems and explained what had been happening. Sparks told me "look, it's been strong for the last 130k miles, all you need is a stock rebuild to get you another (at least) 120k miles" I don't tow anything with it, it has an intake and exhaust, no power adders leveled in 35's. It's not a monster truck doing heavy hauling. It's been about 2 months so far and it rejuvenated my love for the truck...now if I can afford the fuel bill to drive it But it came with a 3 year 36k mile warranty and they said if anything happens just bring it in and they'll take care of it. Oh, almost forgot. I had some upgraded parts and new parts to install and they did that for no extra charge when they put it back together .
