I wouldn't recommend a Purple mattress…read more I purchased a mattress, frame and linens 3 years ago. Purple sent me an email this summer that I had to sign up to receive plastic brackets for the frame legs or the warranty would be voided. I signed up and received really cheap pieces of plastic to clamp around each leg. The mattress started turning into a hammock last year in the last 6 months, it was so dented in that I was in crippling pain every time I slept on it. The warranty states you have to arrange and pay for shipping to return the mattress plus for a consult to review the mattress falling apart if you don't want to move it to the floor, remove the cover, and take a measurement with a level and ruler of how the mattress has fallen apart.

We are the proud owners of 2 Vispring and 1 Harold Spinks mattresses. After relocating from New…read moreYork to Utah, we struggled with sleep. We could not sleep! Overtired and grouchy, we tried several mattress stores and could never find the "right" feel. I felt like goldilocks. Finally, I walked into The Bed Room Store and tried several mattresses in both of their stores. Initially, I stayed away from the "expensive luxury mattresses". Frustrated with myself, I tried the Vispring and it was heavenly. This was the best investment in myself I have ever enjoyed. I sleep soundly and wake up without an ache or a pain - It was worth every single dollar. I found the "FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH". We decided that we need to replace all of our mattresses with these wonderful mattresses. My husband like the Harold Spinks mattress so I agreed to purchase 1 of them. We now have 3 wonderful rooms with the best mattresses. We also purchased a Downwright comforter and duvet cover and enjoy it all year. All of the staff are so wonderful to work with and feel like family to us. We highly recommend shopping in this magnificent store. Thank you all for being great, loving people who really want to provide the best customer service and the most excellent product you can find.

Zero stars. It won't let me give zero stars, but ZERO stars. Go elsewhere. We ordered our "luxury"…read moremattress from The Bed Room about a month ago. When it was delivered, it was soaking wet on the bottom third of the mattress with a disgusting water line across the pillow top. The delivery driver immediately contacted the owner. The owner didn't call to address the concern. I had to call the following day. The owner was not apologetic. He only stated that he was out of town and had no idea how this could happen. He blamed the manufacturer, but I blame the store I ordered it from. Apparently, they do not check mattresses to ensure that they are up to their standards before delivery. He said he would order a new mattress to be here in a week. He offered no alternative for the unsanitary mattress sitting in our bedroom. Meanwhile, we had a box fan on the mattress in an attempt to dry it out quicker. I pushed on finding a solution to get the gross mattress out of my house. Only then did the owner offer to give us a mattress intended for another customer. Until that time, we had a gross flood mattress in our house (Monday - Thursday). Not exactly what I call a luxury. You've been warned.
