Overtired and grouchy, we tried several mattress stores and could never find the "right" feel. I felt like goldilocks. Finally, I walked into The Bed Room Store and tried several mattresses in both of their stores. Initially, I stayed away from the "expensive luxury mattresses". Frustrated with myself, I tried the Vispring and it was heavenly. This was the best investment in myself I have ever enjoyed. I sleep soundly and wake up without an ache or a pain - It was worth every single dollar. I found the "FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH". We decided that we need to replace all of our mattresses with these wonderful mattresses. My husband like the Harold Spinks mattress so I agreed to purchase 1 of them. We now have 3 wonderful rooms with the best mattresses. We also purchased a Downwright comforter and duvet cover and enjoy it all year. All of the staff are so wonderful to work with and feel like family to us. We highly recommend shopping in this magnificent store. When it was delivered, it was soaking wet on the bottom third of the mattress with a disgusting water line across the pillow top. The delivery driver immediately contacted the owner. The owner didn't call to address the concern. I had to call the following day. The owner was not apologetic. He only stated that he was out of town and had no idea how this could happen. He blamed the manufacturer, but I blame the store I ordered it from. Apparently, they do not check mattresses to ensure that they are up to their standards before delivery. He said he would order a new mattress to be here in a week. He offered no alternative for the unsanitary mattress sitting in our bedroom. Meanwhile, we had a box fan on the mattress in an attempt to dry it out quicker. I pushed on finding a solution to get the gross mattress out of my house. Only then did the owner offer to give us a mattress intended for another customer. Until that time, we had a gross flood mattress in our house (Monday - Thursday). Not exactly what I call a luxury. You've been warned.

They have been having a 50% off sale and I fell in love with a beautiful painting which I purchased for my birthday. I paid the asking price and they were to ship it to me in Australia. There were many signs in the shop saying everything was discounted. I had the perfect position for it in my bedroom just waiting for this beautiful work of art. I should have taken it with me and not trusted them to ship it for me. If I had walked out with it that would have been the end of it. My painting! Paid for ready to hang. Come Monday I got an email saying I could have a credit note to spend in the store or pay the other 50%. I responded that I wanted the painting sent as per our contract of sale which I had made with them. They then said I could have a total refund or pay the other 50%. I said I did not want this and my efforts to call them and speak with them were ignored. Then I received an email saying the refund had been done and i would get it in about 3 days. Again I rang to speak with the owner however she did not take my call or return my call as requested. I was also told they were not able to discount this artists work and they were sure I would understand that. No ... I do not. When I made the purchase the woman behind the counter was very explicit about the price and told me she had sent out an information sheet on all the paintings to their mailing list at the 50% price. I believe that someone else offered them more money for the painting and thus they negated my purchase and took the extra from another buyer. Of course I have no proof of this however it is the only thing that makes sense. I feel like I have been treated with contempt and would not recommend this company to anyone. They could not even return my phone calls.
