Someone else described this place as a mix between Element Eatery and Summit Park, and I couldn't agree more! What a nice addition to the Norwood area. Once it's more fully up and running, I will be excited to see how things come together. It's a nice mix of restaurants in the food court area, Jeni's Ice Cream, several breweries and a coffee shop. There's some retail stores, apartments and plenty of outdoor seating! There are also Pickleball courts. There is also lots of parking in the open lots near the back, but my guess is they'll need even more parking as time goes on! By next summer, this will be a busy place. read more

What a fun place with a variety of food and drink options for everyone. The lechon rice bowl from Gabriela's is spectacular. The roast pork is crispy, juicy, and lean. The garlic rice is flavorful. I'll be thinking about the lechon bowl for awhile. read more

First there was HighWire! Oh and then comes everything else! This is a great place for everyone! They did a good job with an old run down factory with good bones and a good location. Factory52 is one of my favorite places in Cincinnati! There is so much to see and do, so many local businesses to support, and so much fun to be had. I also love that parking is NEVER hard to find. There are so many options: street, lots, deck, etc. My first intro to Factory52 was at a Yelp event last year. It gave me a taste of so many of the amazing businesses at Factory52. Since then. I have visited countless times to work, meet friends, grab a late dinner, etc. Factory52 is made up of some of the best businesses in Cincy, so you pretty much can't make the wrong choice with who to grab dinner or a snack from. The Gatherall is the food hall at Factory52. It's a great place to meet friends or have a date night because there are options for every taste palate. All of the staff at Fatory52 are friendly and show a sense of ownership. I also love that there aren't TV screens everywhere and it's generally pretty quiet for a place that you would imagine to get really loud. I believe that was intentional planning on the owner/manager's part. read more

Stopped here after my son's graduation and I wish I was more impressed. I was so excited that Melt Revival was here, but their options are so limited compared to the Northside location. I had my heart set on the Vegan banh mi and veggie chili and they had neither and not many gluten free vegan options. So I went across the way where they had garlic tofu and rice. $14 and the tofu was way over fried, so hard on the outside! The coconut rice was bland and the kale chickpea salad was good but barely a spoonful. Others in my party got bbq and it looked decent if you are a meat eater. Very pricey though for what you get. Guess the rent in that place is expensive considering the jacked up food costs. Ambience was nice but not worth driving out of the way for the food. read more

I guess new things come with new ideas. However the idea that (with a small exception of one restaurant inside the Gathering Hall) none have a menu with pictures of the food. Your left to the mercy of some pics posted to Yelp, or maybe someone walking away with what you might try. It has turned us off a few places because if I'm spending $20, I'd like to have an idea what it looks like. Hopefully someone important sees this, and addresses it as I'm sure I'm not the only one! Trendy and modern food hall with large stand alone bar at one end. The sides of this food hall are filled with a variety of cuisines from BBQ and Burgers to Pizza, Latin, and Soul Foods. There should be plenty of food options for everyone in your party whether it includes little ones or picky eaters. You order at each location (or online) and you will get a text letting you know when your food is ready. Don't forget that although many of the restaurants have delicious sweets of their own, there is a small gelato spot on the side opposite the food. Helpful to know: this location is great for all sorts of things - working remotely, playing cards or a board game with friends, family group/gatherings, or large groups of people. This entertainment & food complex is so much fun and not all of the eateries are in yet. There are 2 breweries, Fretboard & Hi Wire, Jenni's Ice Cream, a few retail stores and Decibel & Lucious Q among a few other bars. We visited when the temperature was over 95 degrees and we still enjoyed all the outdoor seating. Young families with their kids and friends meeting friends with their pups were everywhere. The buildings all follow suit from the former US Playing Card factory location. I will definitely be back and look forward to seeing what else goes in here. read more

Had an amazing dinner at Melt. The Italian sub is both vegan and delicious. I also had butternut squash and asian pear salad and it was amazing. Their staff was well versed on food allergies and went out of their way to ensure it was vegan. I love the whole idea of factory 52. I can bring my whole family there. We can all get different options and then we can walk around and get ice cream afterwards. read more

This a great time out over in Norwood! Since this place has opened we have hosted friends, family, and colleagues! Definitely a destination space to also host work events. Ate there last night, good concept as all of these places are...diverse options, nice environment but service is weird in that your food rarely comes as those that are joining you get theirs...I get that problem and it's not a big enough issue to deter me in the future...I find the portions and the cost are a bit out of balance and the food isn't great...of the 3 in this area, element and oakley kitchen I like 52 the best...it's very child friendly and the space is neat, clean, etc... read more

A hipster food court built in a re-purposed playing card factory. Many different cuisines available. I had the Philipino chicken adobo plate. It had the right taste, but not really worth $15. There is plenty of seating indoors and out. Parking is limited and unmarked - there was still a lot of construction going on while I was there. It's a nice change from roadside greasy spoons if you are traveling between Cincinnati and Dayton. read more

Only a few restaurants and shops are open. If you like Beer it's a great location with Fretboard and Hi-Wire Brewery both open. I foresee and issue if they don't institute some sort of DORA so you can leave the brewery to go purchase food in the gatherhall read more

As a resident, my car was towed while parked out front of Factory 52 with a parking pass hanging in the mirror. To me, it seems this apartment complex is only concerned about money and not their residents (who pay their bills) happiness. read more
