Good, attentive service in a laid-back atmosphere. A very good array of hearing products and lots of expertise.

We are very grateful to Anna Mamiya and the team at PAC for helping our daughter! Her condition made everyday life for her very stressful and painful. It impacted pretty much every aspect of her life and determined what we could do as a family. We are now able to eat dinner as a family again and go out in public to loud spaces - like the mall, Costco, etc. School has become much easier. The treatment does not cure misophonia, but it does teach her brain that the trigger sounds are not something that it needs to react strongly to and get away from. Yes, chewing sounds will always be annoying, but there is no strong emotional response anymore. I highly recommend anyone dealing with misophonia or hyperacusis to have a consultation with Anna Mamiya. She explains the science behind the treatment and what can be achieved. It all lined up with what I had already learned about the conditions so it made sense to have my daughter get the treatment. I am so glad we did! Life is so much easier now for her and us!

Dr Maimaya is the second audiologist I've used. I had no point of reference for the first folks and…read moredidn't realize what I was missing. She was incredibly thorough and took time to explain to me what she was doing and what my results meant. I didn't feel rushed and felt like my options were clearly explained. The craziest thing is that when I went to pick up my new hearing aids, she forgot to give me the cable for the charger. I didn't realize this until she showed up at my house that evening to drop it off. That's someone who takes their responsibilities seriously and cares about their patients. Follow ups have been super helpful in adjusting the aids to my needs. Highly recommended.

Eastside audiology is some distance from me. Eastside is a provider in the NEW HearingUp Network…read moreand have been verified by Dr. Cliff Olson and are committed to following Best Practices. They are in network so I decided to commit to the long drive while in their care over the next few years. The care and expertise from the team was amazing. Unfortunately it's been a billing nightmare for the last seven months. You would think that they would be familiar as an in network provider for Regence and that billing would be a smooth process. The billing department says they were informed by Regence that my benefit amount was 3,000 and that the Regence limit would not apply. My insurance company stated to me that they paid their contracted provider the agreed upon charges for the product and services. Unfortunately this is somehow a surprise to the billing department and they do not believe that they were paid as they thought they were going to be. Next Eastside Audiology tried to balance bill me for $2,500. Regence informed me this is not allowed from their in network providers in Washington State. Seven months later and this is still unresolved. I honestly wish that I had never gone with this provider. Now I understand that east side audiology would've offered me a lesser technology if they had properly understood their contract with Regence. I can't believe this and the next time I need a hearing aid I'll just go to Costco and have it programmed by a local provider.

After a thorough hearing test at ESHC, I found I only heard 28% of a conversation when there was ambient noise. Marissa, the audiologist, was awesome. She helped me select the appropriate hearing aids for my needs, guided me through the fitting and setup on the App, taught me how to take care of them, and helped me troubleshoot an issue at my two-week follow-up. The entire ESHC staff was friendly, respectful, and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic for your hearing needs.

What prompts me to write a review today is an experience with the amazing Audiology Assistant, Kirsten Compton. Saturday morning, the receiver on my right hearing aid stopped working. All the buttons worked, as I could tell from the left side, but no sound came out on the right. Normally, I'd just call them Monday. But this is a Monday when I am leaving for a 3-week international trip. In desperation, I send an email to the clinic. Within a few hours, Kirsten calls me and 20 minutes later, I'm in the office on a Saturday and she replaces a faulty wire. Plus, she gives me backups to take with me on my travels. This above-and-beyond support typifies my experience over many years. With people like Kirsten and Dr. Limb, who listens and is a miracle worker at finding just the right adjustment to make my hearing aids be their most effective, I rely on their whole team. Even on an ordinary day, from the quality of care to the caring, upbeat vibe of the office, I highly recommend them.

They answered the phone without much wait, the scheduler was courtious, and I made an appointment to see Dr. Anh Truong. An appointment wasn't available for a month, which is unfortunate but seems to be the reality for medical specialists in general these days. There office is very nice in the beautiful Overlake Pavilion. There's parking (I think it's free for an hour), a Starbucks in the lobby, a Beecher's mac&cheese bar one building over, and beautiful views of downtown Bellevue and foothills from the high-floor office. I came about 30 minutes early and the doctor didn't see me until like 15 minutes late, but again that's common and not-necessarily their fault. The person before me probably came late or needed extra time. Dr. Truong explained the issue clearly, performed two quick procedures, and soon had me on my way. They have much better (and more) reviews on Google, but that's probably because they send an SMS link after your appointment. The link asks you how your appointment was and then directs you to leave a Google review only if you clicked thumbs-up. So that part is a little sleazy and biases the reviews.
