At first, in their lighting it looked decent. Welp, I got out in the sunlight and my nails were a hot mess. As it turns out, the Nail Tech I had was very new. So new that I was her second customer EVER. That explained a lot. So, I called and asked if I could have them redone - they wanted me to come back and see the same tech. I thought about it and declined and they refunded me half.... Well, that night my nails started to chip - and - I had paid nearly (with tip) $200 for this...not even close to what I usually pay but I wanted to treat myself to an experience...well, I got one, but not the one I wanted. So, the next day - more chipping, I called back and requested a full refund. They reluctantly gave it to me with a bit of push-back. Sigh. Not the type of service I would expect from a Spa. Next time, I know better - go to my own salon at home prior to a vacation.

The first room we checked in to had a vent problem with the AC and the bathroom looked nothing like the pictures when we booked. So we let management know we were unhappy especially for the price we payed. Management was helpful and happy to change out our room. The second room was what we paid room 210 on the spa side. BUT was not clean to our standards TV in the bathroom did not work. Tv remote controls were dirty The ceiling fans had so much dust you could see they have not been cleaned in months. When we pulled our blankets back on the bed are sheets had little yellow stains on them wonder what that was. The positive Great location you're right off the main Street and right around the corner from one of the best sunsets in the world. Great little private beach in the back of the resort Food was great at the bar by the beach staff was all very friendly.
