The specialists are knowledgeable and trained to take care of your concerns! My most recent appointment was my favorite so far. I had laser genesis done on my face and the specialist was great about keeping me aware of what the treatment entails and what to expect. I wanted to know more about the Image Products and both her, the receptionist, and another woman at the front helped me out. The receptionist started talking about her own personal experience with acne and she was super kind and relatable. The environment was very welcoming. I wish I remembered more names, because those three ladies were great. A woman named Peyton has been my favorite for the facials so far, and I do really like the manager, Candace. So far, I have only had small administrative and scheduling issues. Two of the scheduling conflicts occurred on holiday's, so I am not too upset about those instances. It took me a while to get a receipt, but really what I was trying to access was a summary of the acne protocol package and a copy of my contract. I did end up getting a summary of the acne package. I am sure I can get a copy of my contract next time I ask, I just stopped requesting. Regardless, I left the cons for the end because I would still fully recommend Spoiled, and will followup if anything changes.

I was impressed by how professional the operation was. Janice was exceptionally friendly from start to finish. After my consultation I decided on the Signature Facial with nano-needling. I'm 45 and not only am I dealing with aging skin but past acne scars. Janice suggested this and a few other options for the future to help combat this battle of mine. Janice then walked me down the hall to meet Hera. Hera politely greeted me and instructed me to place my things in a wicker basket including my shirt & bra and put on the cute pink robe that was waiting for me on the treatment table. Hera stepped out & a few minutes later returned to begin my treatments. This was a facial like I've NEVER had before! The soft music, the calming delightful smells, the warm bed and Hera the skin magician blended together to create an out of this world experience.
