The staff is friendly and also very knowledgeable. If someone doesn't know they answer they will go out of their way to get it. The doctors, both Fearon and Baker are both nice and personable. I was also impressed that they closed their clinic on Monday due to potential bad weather and road conditions, expressing great concern over the safety of their staff and patients. Second cancelled the morning of the surgery for info they should have had or cancelled before we were headed to the procedure (can you imagine) 10 plus calls to get someone to answer the phone to commitment on a refund. A false narrative provided on how long it takes a bank to remit funds in addition to incorrect information on how much and when they pulled funds from our account Then, in just an act of incompetence, on back to back days three week post failed surgery date my wife and then I get text updates on someone else's procedure from this office. Consistent with past practice I called several times to report with no answer and when they picked up I was told no one was available to discuss and that they didn't send the text re other people's surgeries. I'm not going to post them, but I am tempted...I will be reporting to the medical board. I have NEVER posted a review on anything but this is medical and just outragous. Stay away, life is short and don't trust your spouse's life to such unprofessionalism. Forced to leave a star rating to post; none wasn't an option. Scary a place like this is allowed to practice.
