I was quoted over the phone for the time spent for the service. Though the issue could not be resolved how I expected, an alternative solution was provided that was just as good. He did not charge me the original quote, as the problem could not be resolved the way we'd anticipated, even though I still was more than willing to pay for the time spent, he was insistent on not charging me. I told them the computer didnt cost $300 and declined their service Despite the fact they had NO FOLLOW THROUGH COMMUNICATION AND TOOK AN ADDITIONAL WEEK ( COSTING ME BUSINESS) I RECEIVED NOTHING FOR MY !$75.
