In an industry where rushed installs and poor communication are common, we focus on doing the job right the first time, with clean, organized work and long-term performance in mind. What makes us different is how we approach relationships. We’re selective about who we work with, prioritizing partnerships with clients, builders, and property managers who value quality, reliability, and clear communication. That allows us to stay responsive, accountable, and consistent—rather than stretched thin chasing volume. We also bring a well-rounded, practical approach to low-voltage solutions. From structured cabling and network infrastructure to security, access control, WiFi, and audio, we design systems that are scalable and built to support growth. We collaborate with IT partners when needed, ensuring clients get a seamless, fully integrated solution instead of a patchwork of vendors. At the end of the day, customers choose Clearview Technologies because they want a partner they can trust—someone who shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers systems that work the way they’re supposed to, long after the job is finished. Absolute bologna. there is plenty of opportunities for system maintenance and that of which shouldn't be in those hours. Why? Of all time frames, why? Absolutely no reason other than convenience for the company. Not users or customers looking to utilize services late at night. Deplorable behavior. Many people work 9-5 that is a great time period to do systems maintenance. Not when anyone old be using the network for any number of reasons and not expecting an outage for maintenance. We do not live in Bangladesh. 12-6AM is not acceptable.

Then I asked for an addition outdoor camera. I was told they no longer provide wired cameras and I had to upgrade to the Google nest wireless outdoor cameras if I wanted an additional camera. They told me they were better and they ONLY needed to be charged every 9 months to 1 year. I signed a financial agreement for the equipment ONLY. I did NOT sign another service agreement or so I thought. I quickly realized these cameras have to be charged every 2 1/2 - 3 months NOT 9 months to a year. I told ADT I wanted my wired cameras back and they could take back these ones. They refused. Then we started having issues with the wall panel malfunctioning. We requested they fix it but they stated it would cost an additional hundreds of dollars to fix their equipment thats under warranty. I requested to cancel service numerous times and they said I had to pay off the equipment first. Then this past February the alarm system kept going off to the point the police were about to come out. We kept calling ADT technical support and was on the phone forever multiple times. The last time the technician finally told us to remove the internal batteries from the wall panel to shut the system down. So we did. We asked them to come out AGAIN to fix the equipment. They once again told us it would cost hundreds of dollars to come out. We have been without service and forced to pay a monthly bill since February. I called them this month and demanded they send someone's out. I paid off the equipment early. They said they would waive the service fee. The technician got their and said, the service fee is waived but my labor isn't and all parts are going to be charged as well. He said it will probably cost around $400 to $500. I told him to leave. I called and demanded my service be canceled and for them never to contact me again. Then they send me a $1400.00 bill. Now let me tell you, I've NEVER been late ONCE on my bill and ALWAYS paid more than the bill amount. I paid off my equipment early as well. They breached the contract by NOT providing operational equipment and NOT providing service. They scammed me into buying a product by misrepresent it. I've reported them to the BBB. They dont even own or operate their own cameras. You can buy a Google camera on Amazon amd get the app for FREE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I would like to request a technician to inspect and , if it was faulty (or it was intentionally set to a non-functional state by their staff) from the start. They said in the email that they would resolve the issue within three business days, but it's already been a full week and I still haven't been able to get in touch with them. Also, I've had at least three separate incidents where a visitor came to my home, and their monitoring system failed to record any footage at all. (The latest one: on May 23, 2025, Friday, at around 5:00 to 5:30pm CDT, my agent visited my house and was standing directly under the security camera, yet whatsoever. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of the equipment). Fortunately, I have independent video evidence from my phone confirming their presence. Given that the system did not captured any of these events, despite being active and armed, I believe this constitutes a serious failure in service and may reflect negligence.
