    Had issues with Lenovo laptop, took it in for repair. 1st time I was called and told it was ready…read moreto pick up, took laptop home and same issue. Tookaptop back in and they ordered a new battery and installed, went to pick it u, a week later, and i decided to plug it in and test at the store before going home. SAME ISSUE. This time, I happened to notice the flashing amber light and Googled it, told the repair person it said "battery or battery connection error" - then noticed that the power port was very loose. Asked them to repair AND TEST before calling me to pick it up AGAIN, so I didn't make yet ANOTHER trip for an issue that was not resolved. Manager called 2 days later the next to say they were not sure how long it would take to repair or I could come get the laptop AND a refund. Told manager, Jashon, that I would come in and pick the laptop up and wanted the refund since they still did not know what was wrong with it. Went in to pick up and get refund, Jashon gave me a refund MINUS $50 for troubleshooting. I said I should get a full refund as they still did not know what was wrong with it AND that I had driven out here TWICE before and the issue was not resolved. Jashon said he could escalate to his manager and I ended up leaving as no one else was working and I did not want to wait. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE as they do not TEST their repairs. A service center should know to test their repair BEFORE calling the customer to pick their item up. I should have a FULL REFUND as they still did not know what was wrong with the laptop and it was not fixed!!!

I had the blue screen of death when I called heart technology and talked to Renée for the first time. I have dealt with the geek squad at Best Buy, and they were okay... And I have dealt with a few independent Apple technicians that work out of their house and they were okay... But nothing like the customer service and attention that I got yesterday and today. I run my entire company off of that laptop. We run a number of local hair salons and understand just how important customer service, follow-up, quality, and friendliness can be. I felt like the entire staff of this company stopped in their boots and immediately all went to work on my computer. That was the perception that I got from Renée and the technicians that worked on my laptop. They got the laptop back to me on the same day. And the price was not bad. This can be a pretty panicky experience, when you lose your laptop and all your data. I am never going to work with any other company after my experience today with heart technology.

Yes, they require this, but when you have them fix your issue they subtract the $90 from your repair. I see the importance in requiring the diagnostics.
