Great value, professional staff, relaxing facility

A facial just cost me almost $400!! Do NOT buy into this SHAM membership!! I purchased a membership after they re-assured me that I could put my membership on pause three months out of the year if I couldn't get time for an appointment. When I tried to do this after 9 months of paying a monthly fee (two months during COVID shutdown), they tried to change the rules and say I could use my credit, but only at NON-MEMBER prices - which means you are giving them money every month just to get charged the same price as someone who just walks in!! So I cancelled and they said I had 60 days to use 9 months of credits, which wasn't possible since they kept shutting down. Just called in early February and they told me I had points left, so I booked a facial and micro add. Then AFTER my service they told me I don't have any points and should have used them before my 60 days ran out (even though they said I had points when I booked it). The gal in front said they've been open since September and so I had plenty of time. TOTAL LIE. I have an email from them saying they are "finally opening again January 19". Paid $198 on top of the $160 in prepaid credit they refused to honor. Don't ever use this shady place - the owner is dishonest and they will steal your money. read more

BE CAREFUL!!! When you try to cancel your membership, they continue to charge you. I've called three times trying to get them to stop, and yet they still charge me. They've made it such a hassle for me to try to get it stopped. I can't get a hold of anybody in the position to deal with my issue. I have been a member of 365 Faces for 1.5 years, regularly paid my "membership fees" and enjoyed the excellent facials. My problem is with corporate. I travel regularly and have been unable to schedule regular facials with my esthetician in order to use up my credits. I stopped my membership asking that the credits go forward to "Non-membership" rates as I had $180 already paid and another $60 still to be paid. I just want to use my money that has accrued. No way says management. If my account is not brought up to $240, I lose all monies. The concession they have made is to allow me 60 days to use the credits. Now, there most expensive facial is $110 for 80 minutes (which I don't need) and management has suggested I have a facial every two weeks to use up the credits. This is not what I need nor is what they actually recommend to "members." I would have continued going at a non-member rate, but they don't want "non-members" -- They keep dunning me for more money even though they have $180 in credit. They do not return phone calls (Kristen) and their solutions are unrealistic (I was offered a back facial????) I don't think I was ever heard, honored as a good customer, welcomed with a solution that works for me (they do have my money). I suggest a person find their facials somewhere else. The estheticians are great -- but who they work for leaves a lot to be desired. read more

As an update, we finally agreed to settle back dues for $35, still too much for what they pute through. Well my husband pays it then for the next 3 months we receive letters from a collection agency stating we owe them money!! I call Faces and they say, "oh yeah it takes a couple months to get out of the system" I tell them that they need to call the agency and remove the collections from my husbands credit, a month later we get another letter and my husband checks his bank statement and we find faces charged us the $35 twice!! And the collections agency is still after us!!! I had been short with them up to this point, at that moment I had it!! I will admit that when I called I was not nice, again the manager was not there and they were the only one who could help me, so I threatened legal action and actually had my lawyer send them a letter. I got a call back pretty quick after that. They returned one of the $35 charges and finally removed our name from collections, and what did I get from all this? A half-a***d apology from the manager. The business is horrible but I think the people who work there are just mean, immature, and classless people. read more

My sister decided to give me a facial as a surprise present to de-stress from my new job/career. I thought that it would be great. At first it was. The facial was very nice and I was very relaxed. I walked out of the room and had to listen to a 10 minute upsell on a annual membership. And if this wasn't bad enough, the receptionists were told that my sister had left her credit card on file to be charged when I was done. But guess what. They couldn't find the card on file! The girl wasn't even apologetic. She said they had an expiration date, but no card number. She suggested that I call my sister for the number. My sister was at work, and couldn't be reached. I suggested they bill my sister for the session, but apparently this was unheard of. So my nice gift from my sister turned into me shelling out 50 bucks of my own money because the receptionist couldn't be bothered to actually do her job. I will never go back there again, and I will definitely be telling all of my friends to never go there. I think this company needs to evaluate the performance of their employees. read more

I go here often for waxing / microdermabrasion somewhat often. You can not beat the price if you are a member. I have had an inconsistent experience, hence the 4 star reviews. Sometimes I get a girl that's amazing, sometimes I get a girl that is lacking. So I just can't give 5 stars on the service. However the ambience, and staff are always pleasant and friendly. When you wait for your service in the hallways, they have a nice waterfall that allows for a very tranquil and calming prequel to your service. WORST PLACE IVE EVER GONE TO!!!!! their facial got me a really bad face infection, where my face went from clear, to infected with pimples everywhere. So i cancelled my membership, and their front desk person said everything was canceled and i'm good to go. several months later, i get a collection notice saying i owe them 900 dollars!! they would not refund my money, and i was ripped off by more than 1000 dollars. if you dont want problems, avoid this place. they'll rip you off! read more

My sister and i both have memberships here and we haven't had any problems. I had Candice for facials and waxing and she hasn't disappointed me not once. I came late for my waxing appointment and she tried to make it quick but not rushed service. The front desk staff is friendly as well. I've also had Eli, Kasey, and Rayanne and they were all great. As far as the monthly membership I don't know what people find so confusing, I get charged 59$ a month and if i don't use it the credit rolls over. From the greeting I received from the front desk staff to the TLC from the esthetician, I was treated very well. Had a $250 gift certificate that was a few years old that I forgot about, but still good. When I made the appointment for a facial and microderm and told them about the gift certificate, the snotty receptionist said they would honor the entire value of the certificate and when I arrived for my appointment, I could use it on anything . When I got there that day, everything was wonderful. Had a relaxing facial/microderm and the esthetician was really helpful. She told me that since this was my first time at the spa, I had a discount and also gave me a complimentary sample package of their products. So, when I went up with my gift certificate, the snotty receptionist was there (ugh - she is really bitter about something). I told her that besides the services, I also wanted to purchase a product for $31. She told me that the gift certificate was not good on products (even though the certificate specifically states that it is!). Thankfully the esthetician was standing there and told her that it was good for products. Snotty receptionist didn't like that much but told me the total was $148 and some change. I asked her what else I could purchase or what other services I could have (I had $100 left). She then informed me that I had to use the entire certificate during the one visit and she didn't want to let me purchase any more product. The manager Christine was not there during the weekend, so she said that she would have her call me on Monday to discuss the remainder of the certificate. I was hoping to either put it either towards product or their membership. Christine did call a left a message, but when I called back, the receptionist (I don't think it was Snotty) said that Christine felt that I had gotten my entire $250 value! Basically, because I was using a gift certificate, I don't benefit from the first time discount and the "complimentary" sample package was not really complimentary. So I basically said that everyone that was there lied to me to get me out of there and she said, "ya I guess!" So they charge you one price when you are there and a totally different price after you leave. I love Eli my esthetician. She is always polite, knows the products well and gives great facials. The couple of drawbacks are the email offers that are sent to members are not always redeemable if you try to book online. I had that issue when I tried to take advantage of a discount waxing. When I inquired after the appointment I was told I would have needed to call ahead of time to have received it. (Not really customer friendly especially for a member who books appointments online as a convenience) I have read the other reviews regarding the front office staff and gave to concur. The are not very friendly, I am rarely greeted with a hello. It's more of a "do you have an appointment?" More like they are just going thru the motions. Well, I just tried canceling my monthly membership and was told that I have to continue to pay the monthly fee for 12 full months before I could cancel. Funny, when I asked what the policy was to cancel when I first signed up, this was not mentioned. I called yesterday and asked what the policy was and the mandatory 12 months was not mentioned. I go in to sign the paperwork to cancel and all of a sudden I'm told I can't, and I have to continue to pay. I'm not happy. No Manager on site to help, Melanie at the front desk refused to call anyone to help and now I'm waiting for a returned phone call from a generic email address. Maybe I should just get an attorney. Whatever you do, do not sign up for their monthly membership. I will let you all know what happens, and how long it takes for a manager to call me back. read more

The facials and estheticians here are fantastic, but the membership is not so great as far as value. I signed up about 2 years ago and ended up not getting as many facials as I thought I would - probably one every 3 months. For that reason I racked up a ton of points - something like $500 worth. Upon trying to cancel I was told that I had only had 2 months to use all of these points, that they couldn't be applied to products and that they cannot be used on friends. This seems ridiculous to me because it's my money - I should be able to spend it how I want. I even told them I'd be willing to pay the regular price and they still wouldn't allow it. I'm either going to have to get every inch of my body waxed within the next 60 days or let me points go to waste. It's definitely frustrating and I regret joining - I'd much rather have just paid a little extra when I did need the service. It doesn't help that once you get your first facial, they aggressively pressure you into doing the membership. If you already get facials monthly and have money to blow, I'd say you'd have a wonderful experience with them. If not, I'd be wary. read more

Faces 365 is a great place to get a good facial. They have great prices and they are always offering good deals. I have been getting microdermabrasion as an add on, and my skin looks better than ever. If you are a member, you get a free facial every month, and then you have 10 credits left over. Eye brow waxing is only $10, so you basically get a facial and eye brow wax for $60 a month. You cannot get that great price anywhere else. In addition, the facials are terrific!
