I really love Britney and only Britney. She literally takes you on a magical journey. I tried others, and though they may be nice they cant touch the facial she gives. She is so amazing, I cant say enough about her touch. Shes got the best vibe and energy. The vitamin C facial is the best choice in my opinion. You smell a lovely fragrance of oranges and look radiantly moisturized after. I feel like this business should just put a large photo of Britney up in front the foyer with a spotlight. read more

Cancelled my membership after a year. I had a terrible experience during a "relaxation facial" and dermaplaning treatment. Not only did she burn my face, but she cut me and it's now left a scar. I complained, and all that was offered (after I had to ask) was a dermaplaning credit, which should have been at the very least, a credit for the full service that day. They also never called me to resolve or apologize for the issue. I had to do it all myself. They didn't want to listen to my concerns or try to make it right by offering any services to fade the scar. Think twice before giving Faces 365 your business, they do not value their customers. read more

I decided I wanted to go back to getting a monthly facial after allowing my membership to lapse during Covid. My husband purchased a gift card and add-on micro dermabrasion for me. I made an appointment to get both of these services done but they called a few hours before my scheduled appointment time and canceled. We rescheduled for a few days later. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and waited 45 minutes before the facial started. The Esthetician was a very nice young lady but she told me that she just started, had never done the MAX facial i wanted, and was not comfortable doing micro dermabrasion. So I am very curious why I was not put with Esthetician with more experience. Now I have to come back and pay for another facial so I can receive the Micro dermabrasion add on. This leaves me feeling that I was less important because I had a gift card versus being a paying member. I was going to reinstate my membership, but I will wait and see what happens at my next appointment. I am just a little bit disappointed. UPDATED-- I wanted to be sure to post this update. Shortly after posting this review, I got a phone call from Kristen who apologized for my experience and offered a complementary upgraded service. Thank you Kristen for your care and concern. Just got home from getting a wonderful vitamin C treatment from my esthetician Patty. It was so wonderful and relaxing. I felt like I was only there for 20 minutes and next thing I know, it's time to go. I really loved the job she did and thought she was stellar with the extractions. She was genuine in making sure I was comfortable at all times and was very friendly. I was able to get my facial for free through my sisters membership credits but I made sure to leave her a tip! I have been a member at Faces 365 for 5 almost 6 months now and I absolutely love Liz. She has taken care of my skincare needs every service that I have had and is so knowledgeable/kind. She has years and years of experience and makes you feel comfortable. I love that she always addresses any skin issues in the most understandable way possible. She has never pushed the facial products (even tho I love them anyways) on me but rather has gone through my personal routine and explained the benefit of each skincare ingredient that I can use at home. Clean and nice atmosphere/place. I made the call after seeing this place for months. I always wondered about them. Well after all these months being facial free my skin needed some lovin' today! It's been terrible going to different people in the last 8 months. My skin lady retired after a wrist injury. So I've been on a search- experience isn't always going to give you the best facial- it is care- care for the trade and industry as well. Knowledge in product is a plus! I believe my este today was educated on her skin care products. She informed me and did a great job on my skin. I love that she was able to exfoliate my skin well, there have been people who are Afraid. The building had a few rooms, I believe they are a little small, but it was functional for my esthetician. Walls are thin so you can hear some conversing in the halls as well. Anyway, I just haven't had a great time experimenting with other esthetician on my skin trying to figure out how to do the right facial on me. I was glad to be able to fit it in today. Toni was a great esthetician. Professional and very gentle. She is thorough and even put me to sleep in the massage. I was able to sign up for their membership. It's worth it. The value is great. This also helps me stay on track with my skin. Consistent visits are what my skin likes. I like to take great care of my skin. I purchased three skin care products- love them. I've only had a few conversations with her but each one has been horrendous. It's clear why she is never actually in her spa, she would have no customers left if she personally interacted with them. I've been a member for 2 years and have had mostly positive experiences. I had a skin analysis done on the first visit and I was told my skin wasn't too bad but I expected to have a follow up in the future which has never happened. I do agree with the other reviews that state it is hard to figure out the contract and get out of membership so buyer beware!! After trying a few random people based on times that work well for me I have found that both Gina and Kendra are my favorites. Very professional and I feel like the do the most with the time that I am there. The spa is very clean with nice music and a tranquil environment. Facials are a luxury and are very relaxing. Wish I knew where that $150 went towards cause I didn't get a dime of any of that towards treatments, if you wanted to give me that why not just apply it towards the credits I didn't even want to come in for???.... Last appointments I went in for were simply to finish my credits after filing my 30 day notice. Don't try to make yourself look like you're the good guy here. Not okay and definitely NOT going to bring me back... Plus, once again nothing helped my face, not the products not the consistency not the expensive treatments... Nothing. And there are always always two sides of every story. Hers wasn't the first. *I understand, it's all business - we all gotta live. If you want to go here and it fits your budget and it's a good location - go for it. Just be warned.* 2/17/2016 Thy really care less about their staff and their returning clients. I spent over $1800 here within since November of 2014. I was supposed to come in today for my last facial with them with my favorite and ONLY esti and they let her go this morning because she had a BETTER offer elsewhere. And I had to call them about the issue, were they expecting me to show up and waste my time getting there and have to reschedule??? I had to contact them first. Hoping they refund me my stupid membership fee and prepaid micro - Doubt it because once again they don't care. They don't give a s*** about their staff and they mistreat them and don't pay them near enough for what they are worth. I'm in this form of industry and its not fair that any employee has to be afraid of putting in a two weeks notice because they will FIRE THEM ON THE SPOT!!!! The spa itself is spotless and I felt comfortable with their COVID precautions in place. Overall, great experience and my skin felt great following the treatment. I was a member here for 10 years. I can no longer recommend. I would advise anyone looking for an honest company to run away. After being a member for so many years I had over a thousand dollars in credits as well as a micro current package and was still paying monthly. I needed to have surgery and would not be able to use my membership for several months. The MGR (pre covid) put my membership on hold and was very nice about it but then covid and lock downs came. I am an ICU RN I was constantly exposed to Covid and didn't want to expose others. When I finally was able to safely get back to life the MGR informed me that I had lost all my credit and packages. If I wanted I could rejoin and pay a monthly rate again to receive a facial. I think we can all agree covid was hard on everyone and not the norm but how you respond to adversity tells a lot about you as a business. read more

I have been a member since 7/2012. My husband treated me to a facial package for my b.day. It was wonderful, that same day, I signed up for a monthly deal, and I am so glad I did. Since signing up for the regular plan, I upgraded to include my husband, because we both go regularly. We both love their products, from the Vital C mask to all their Farm Fresh, to Image's Daily Tint, and there Yonka stuff is excellent as well. Their quality of products is the best. Not only have I gotten facials, micro, and peels, but also their eyelashes too. Over the years, I have had a few different estheticians, and some don't work there anymore. That's always a bummer when you find someone that knows your skin, and they get to know you vise vera. The front desk is interesting at times, and many seem to lack interpersonal skills, I suppose its the new generation. All the esthetician are trained the same, some with more years, however, they all have been licensed. It is a great deal, points rollover, and all products are fabulous. Sometimes in the Summer, we can share our points with whomever, I wish they did this more often, it's a great way to get new customers, hint, hint. One downer is we can't use over points towards the merchandise. I wish they had BodyTone at this location. Maybe in the future? read more

Came here to get my lashes done. NEVER AGAIN!!! Spent $165 on a full set of volume lashes, only to have 80% of them fall out by THAT EVENING. I returned to the store the very next morning and complained to the front desk lady, and showed her proof that the lashes had fallen out. I was promised a FULL refund. 7-8 days later, she calls me and leaves me a voicemail that the owner said she cannot give a refund, but rather $150 store credit. What a joke. Terrible customer service! When you say you are going to so something, do it! These lashes were for my vacation, and I didn't even get to enjoy them. What a waste! read more

So DH got me a gift certificate for a facial as an it's-not-a-special-occasion-but-I-just-love-you kind of surprise (how sweet...LOVE HIM!) I had never gotten a facial before, so I was really looking forward to it. I go to my appointment sans makeup and they seat me at this face-booth to take a computerized skin evaluation that prints a rating for different skin issues (wrinkles, spots, sun damage, etc.)...which I find out at the end is for the sole purpose of trying to sell their products, btw. As in: "The computer skin evaluator says that you're an old hag that looks twice your age, but don't despair...we can help you look normal again by selling you our magical skin potion and secret-recipe skin cream and our rare elixir of youth, all at only $585 per month...but only if you sign up today with a 10-year contract!" Nah, I'm exaggeratin' a bit, but you get my point. :) Getting to the actual facial...it was nice. I undressed and put on the robe and settled in the very comfy chair and listened to salon-music while I waited for my, uh, what's she called again? A facialist??? Anyway, she asked if I wanted steam on my face (hell, yeah - I was COLD!) and she proceeded to put gook on my face, wait, remove it with a steamed towel (delightfully WARM, thank you) and repeat. I think she did a good job (but remember, as my first facial, I have nothing to base this on) and she was nice and quiet (thank you, I did not come here to socialize). I politely declined the sales pitch of both their skin products and their monthly facial program...honestly, I think the facial didn't make any difference in my skin and I'd rather do my own research on skin products (like ask fellow Yelpers!) One star for the convenient location (right off Hwy 65 and Pleasant Grove, near Target). One star for the cleanliness. One star for the nice staff. read more

After being a member there I have been lied to twice! first they told me I could just discontinue my yearly service at any time! Not true. You have to come in and sign a ridiculous form! Then it takes 40 days to be done! they said I could use up my $200 credit on product or on facials. Again not true! they said I could only get facials and within the 30 day before the form Is accepted. I do not recommend this place! Either their personnel are not trained on their store policy or they only like to tell you portions of the service and what they provide and what they do not provide. I found them to be very inefficient and I don't like to be lied to. read more

I somehow missed seeing several charges for the $40 and when brought to their attention they only refunded my last charge of $40! I've never left a bad yelp review before since it's not my style but people need to know how they do business & maybe find another spa to go to. I absolutely LOVE this salon. It's so serene and beautiful and relaxing. All the girls are so lovely and friendly and I genuinely look forward to coming every month. I initially brought my mom in for a facial for Mothers Day this year and didn't know what to expect, being that I'd never had 1 myself. By the time my hour was over, I immediately knew I would be getting a membership to come back every 4 weeks, and my mom felt the same. I can't begin to describe how much I love Ashley Cuevas. (Granted I've never been treated my any other girl.) we instantly connected, have so much in common and I totally look forward to my monthly meeting with her to chat and laugh. At the same time she can sense when I want to relax and space out. I HIGHLY recommend asking for her if you plan on going to the Fair Oaks location!
