In my initial search, I was hoping to find a company that would do a pre-booking hair trial in particular, so I could be assured that the stylist could manage my hair before I booked them. I contacted several high-end salons and large beauty companies; however, to my frustration, most companies would only do a trial post-booking, which would have left me with nothing concrete about how they might adapt to my style and characteristics, or just gave me the impression that they didn't care to give me the time of day. Enter: GLAM Nashville! These ladies were so attentive and responsive from my very first contact with them, and were willing to do a pre-booking trial. After Martha did my hair trial, I knew I wanted to make some adjustments but was confident that she had the talent and attention to detail to pull off whatever I threw at her; and I threw a lot at her before I eventually found what I wanted!
